I love these style sconces because itâs so much better than staring at an exposed bulb. We have this at our back door into our screen room and itâs perfect for what we need. This is a dusk to dawn light which all of my others are too around the property. So they are hard wired however, Why Iâm only giving 4 stars is that it didnât come with a cap over the sensor. I just used another black cap I had laying around to cover it. But without that cap you canât turn on and off the light at will from the switch because if itâs too light out the sensor wonât kick on . Not a big deal but should have been provided.

This was an excellent choice! I needed to replace the entry porch light at one of my properties, and I wanted something that would go dusk-to-dawn automatically. This was awesome, really attractive. Just a note: this property had an old electrical box (50 years), and I did have to make some adjustments to the mounting plate to get it mated to the box because I couldn’t quite get holes to line up (drilled the plate to add a hole).

Very modern appearance. Installation was simple, though be aware that the instructions are not very detailed (if you are a novice at installing light fixtures). The light output is very decent, and the fixture appears to be sturdy.

Repeated replacement
I purchased 3 of these only for 1 of them to go out after a couple months. Replaced the 1 that went out, only for all 3 of them to go out again a little over a month which was after the return policy date. They look beautiful but poor quality. Now looking into getting a proper set from Lowes. Very disappointing and a big waste of money.

I bought this to replace an outdated wall sconce light at my back patio. I wanted something that would provide some light at the door without being too bright while we sit outside at night. This was perfect. It looks very modern while being low profile for people walking in and out of the door and not being distractingly bright at night. Love it!
