Faulty crank
Very disappointed with this, the crank says up and down however, it gets stuck halfway through and never fully shuts and then when you crank it the other way it says up, but itâs really cranking down. This was a disappointing purchase.

I love the style of the umbrella but itâs too sheer and the sun shines through it

Will NOT hold up in any type of wind at all, flimsy.
Thereâs no way to secure it once itâs in the holder, it blows around in circles and folds in the wind, breaking within minutes of being set up. Itâs poorly made. Sorry.

Overall not a very good product
** Update **After having this product for a couple of weeks in use I would highly recommend NOT to purchase. Aside from the original issue (which it still is terrible) we have noticed it locks up sometimes when we are trying to open it. It never stays fully up and open. We will go out the next day and it will look like it has been closed some. Too many issues and sadly I already tossed the box and everything so Iâm stuck with it but very unhappy and will have to look to buy another umbrella.We have only had this a few days but immediately upon putting up on our outdoor table it spins with any amount of wind. I canât seem to find a way to lock it or a reason why it spins. Itâs tightly locked in at the base.
