Keeps cooler bottom off the water.
This Cooler worked great at the lake, kept beers cold all afternoon even with the sun beating down on it. The important thing about this cool is the bottom never touches the water thereby exposing it to the warm lake water. Wish the cooler container portion was bigger, but in order to keep the design the way it is, I understand why. The Zipper top works well to keep the cold in as well. Only negative is, when you are in the water it can be hard to dig down into the cooler to get a drink.

AWESOME COOLER
My husband and I took this cooler Kayaking. The creek we go to has several rocks sticks and sharps edges. This cooler held up without a problem. My husband who usually carries the cooler on his kayak was not weighted down so it made his trip down the rapids smoother. We got several compliments and was asked where we purchased this cooler. The cooler holds over a case of can drinks and two bags of ice. The ice didn’t completely melt for over 4 hours and drinks stayed cold.

I purchased the to replace a round 16 quart floating cooler that finally got a hole in it. I was worried about the size of this one, but it fit through the side gate of my pontoon boat just fine. This cooler holds quite a bit and seemed to keep ice longer than the one I replaced. When full…and moving it from the boat to the water, it seems a bit top heavy, but is very stable once it is floating on the water. I would purchase this again.

This cooler is very wellbuilt, heavy duty.we put 20 chilled drinks in at noon and a 8lb bag of ice…still had ice at 6 that evening. It was dragged on rocks, hit twigs, sticks… no problem. I inflated it when I got it on a Tuesday and it lost no air by saturaday when we took it to the creek…. worth the price and shipping was very fast

Awesome river cooler, even after 3 years.
This is the best river cooler. I have had several others that did not close well, flipped over in rapids, and had ice melt too quickly. This cooler holds a ton of ice and drinks. It stays cold and it zips so nothing ever falls out. It has never flipped even when going down small waterfalls. I have had it for 3 years and still going strong. Worth the price if you want cold beer after a couple hours on the river.

We take our employees tubing every year, and everyone has a great time…! Except for the task of carrying our food and drinks down river.This product solved the problem with ease, no more trying to tie down a square/rectangle cooler into a round tube, no more crazy inventions that sank or tipped over.This product was smooth sailing from the start and worked phenomenally well. It turned cooler duty down the river into a carefree task. The drink holders are a nice touch as well.

I ordered the cooler based on the dimensions in the description. The dimensions are for the cooler section not the over all size once inflated. It was much larger than expected and for my requirements. I did not use the cooler, but it did appear to be very well constructed, made from thick PVC. Three stars only because I did not use it and therefore do not know how well it will hold up over time.
