Pleasanty surprised
Well I wanted to upload a photo of my cart but of course I can’t do it…I hate all things having to do with computers. This cart arrived early actually, and I began the unboxing. Don’t let the complexity of the carton intimidate you. Just slowly and methodically remove all the parts from the carton. Lay them aside and take an inventory of what’s there…mine, thankfully, was complete and undamaged. Many reviewers have said that the instructions are s**t, and I suppose I agree. They could be better, but I needed them by my side during the assembly process.Started with the legs. Hit a snag in how to install the first one. It is not at all clear from the instructions how to place the first leg on the top base. Once you get that figured out the rest is pretty easy. You may have to work at getting the shorter bolts in the holes but pay particular attention to the diagrams and where the different holes go.Once you get the legs on and all bolts attached…DO NOT tighten them down all the way…you’ll need some “wiggle room” to attach the other parts. The short braces and the long one should go on fairly easily if you’ve left the wiggle room.I can’t say enough how important it is to attach these pieces correctly – especially if you want to use the hook for the LPG canister. If you don’t need gas, don’t worry about it. I got it wrong in the end, but my parts still went on correctly. Having an extra pair of hands to attach the lower tray is SO IMPORTANT, unless you have lots of medication to keep you calm. It’s a whipping with a second person but – God bless my wife – she carried me over the finish line with her patience and perseverance. All in all, my Oklahoma Joe’s Rambler portable grill now rests securely on the top surface of this cart. The Rambler weighs 50 lbs but is not too much for the cart. It is really quite sturdy when you get it assembled…Just remember to not tighten all the screws until you get them all in and started. Then, take the time to go around and tighten them really well. I used a ratchet screwdriver with a Phillips bit and it was perfect for the job. Use a 3/8 in open end to back up the washers. Also, consider purchasing a silicone mat – or two – to place on the shelves. Search for {Ewen 27.6 in x 19.5 in} or {Dynvue silicone mat} it fits nicely.I plan to keep my grill on the cart in the garage until I am going to use it. My hope is the cart will endure as long as the grill.Good luck!

Excellent Product –Be sure to research Instructions here!
This product as described online was the perfect solution for us. But the major hesitation was so many references to issues with assembly. We expected a major challenge; but it did not turn out to be nearly as difficult as we’d imagined. The instructions are indeed very brief, consisting of a series of well-marked diagrams. But no real word description that would have been very useful. We found the extensive six-step “instructions” provided here by another viewer to be a critical part of understanding (in words) how things were to be put together. If you first check out the parts list, you’ll become familiar with the various pieces. Then keying off of where the threaded holes are, things begin to make sense. It is crucial to get the four legs started correctly, with the threaded single holes at the top of the 4 legs (which is the bottom of the cart as you put it together upside down). The reference is to have those holes facing “out” — but to further define that it means “out” to the front or back of the cart — not out from the “ends” of the cart. Installing the two cross braces and one longer brace was easy once we figured out that the longer brace ends were actually overlapped by one end of each of the cross braces. None of the instructions is clear on that point, although in fairness the illustration appears to show it. A major key is to keep most of the screws quite loose until after you’ve installed the bottom shelf (which as you’re doing it upside down is of course on the top). That’s the only way you’ll have enough sway on the four legs to be able to fit the bottom shelf to the four legs. I would rate our skill at putting together things like this perhaps a 2-3 on a scale of 10. So these words are intended for those potential purchasers that might suffer from a similar disability. In that regard one final comment: When all is assembled, you finally get to put the wheels on. But at the very end the axle is then held in place, wheels on, by a cotter pin. There’s no way most human fingers can push a small cotter pin through a tiny hole at an angle unless you have steel fingers. It turns out that by using a small screwdriver to hold the cotter pin open as you insert it, that final obstacle to success is easily overcome. Again kudos from prior reader comments on the assembly process. Especially the “six steps” spelled out nicely in an earlier review. We hope this slight embellishment might add to the very good advice you’ll find there. And when it’s done, you’ll find you have an extremely sturdy unit that seems fully fit for long term outdoor duty.

Helped us create a great grilling space!
Overall, we are very pleased with this grilling cart. We purchased it to create a nice space for my hubby to grill for us and he is very happy with the set up he has now!At first I didnât care for it when I was assembling it because a couple spots on the metal, near where the legs connect to the main top shelf, were slightly bent; I was able to correct it by lightly hammering it to be straight. Then a bolt hole was really tight and almost wouldnât go in, but my husband was able to finally get it in all the way. Iâve assembled a LOT of wrought iron patio furniture etc, and this was the least in quality of assembly parts. BUT once it was done, it was tight and sturdy. (NOTE: It will not be sturdy until all the cross bars are screwed into place so donât worry on that as you are building it.)All in all, I am very happy with this purchase because it provides ample space for grilling and having everything we need at our fingertips! I recommend it.

Great table!
This table is much better than it looks in the ad. It is just the right height for standing and working with. Apparently it’s a stable table. The directions are a bit quirky but it goes together easy peezy.

Not the easiest to assemble for one person, but do-able. Instructions could be better. It’s sturdy once assembled and it looks nice next to my BBQ. Nice and high too for my pizza oven.

Soweit so gut.
