Love the left to right tilt and ease to tilt.
Really like this. Much easier tilt than prior cantilever that I have owned. Also nice to have the larger length from side to side instead of extending out from the base as I am restricted in placement on my condo patio.

Sturdy nice umbrella and stellar customer service
I bought this umbrella over the summer and it arrived with 2 ribs bent. After contacting customer service they send me new ribs, a detailed video how to replace the ribs, and a partial refund for the fact that I was going to repair it myself. They offered to replace the umbrella, but I chose to keep it and do the work. Now, weeks after, they checked in with me how I made out with all of this. I’m very happy with the company so far. The umbrella itself operates smoothly, and after a few times of practicing it’s very easy to know how to open it without knocking stuff over.

Beautiful but rusted quickly!
Our family loves this umbrella! Unfortunately it arrived with one badly scratched umbrella rib and the base rusted within 2 weeks of use. We decided to relocate the umbrella and discovered the rust spots after removing the plastic base (purchased separately). It has great coverage and will move if the wind catches it just right. Our base rotated about 45 degrees with our first use despite the separate base with sand and water in it. For the benefits, we would purchase it again. A cover would be great to combat sun damage.

Covers a large area
Purchased this to cover hammock after shade tree was cut down. Followed the instructions for adding sand and water to the base and that made it very sturdy. My son put it together, so I canât attest to the ease of doing that. Havenât had the chance to use it much due to rainy weather, but looking forward to nap time in the hammock very soon.

Best umbrellas
After having several slightly cheaper umbrellas fail over the past 2 years we decided to by this brand which is the same brand as our offset umbrella. So pleased with this purchase. It actually was pulled out of the table by a strong wind with no bending or breakage. Strongly recommend this brand.

Great Umbrellas so far. Only a couple months out. We will see how wear and tear goes. – Only draw back that it does not have a tie off. Good value at discounted rate would not have paid full price.
