Retractable Pergola Canopy Steel Frame
It was missing some parts. 4 little pegs had not been snapped in place, making the frame very unstable. We had to re-order the 4 missing frames and re-frame it, which now works fine.

Item was very good for the price point. Lightweight material but very satisfactory. Take your time and it should assemble fine. Took me almost 4 hours but again I was taking my time double checking everything

Pretty strong framework, and fairly easy to assemble. But at the first wind, the canopy’s corner ties tore loose. If youi purchase this product, reinforce the stitching of the corner ties before installing the canopy.

So Disappointed!
Had a more expensive Pergola that blew off of my deck prior to me anchoring it down. I saw this one on Amazon at a cheaper price and decided to purchase it. The directions are just pictures, and you are to do all the items in that picture in no particular order. I had to shift my order around to line all the pieces up correctly. Some of the holes didn’t line up when the unit was standing and over 60% done. I had to use some strength to get the holes to line up. I really didn’t pay attention to the picture and assumed there was an extra bar the edges that would be on top of the canopy. There is none. The canopy sits on top of all bars. The only thing that holds the canopy down are Velco straps. The canopy edges have straps that you wrap around the legs and Velcro to themselves. The first problem with this is that they don’t slide easily up the legs due to the heads of the bolts on the legs. The second issue is that there should be something stronger than Velcro to hold the canopy down. Also, the unit has no holes for anchoring. I installed my unit today and temporarily anchored it to my deck with 2 120lb zip ties on each leg. I went to the store and returned to find that the wind caused the Velco strap to break off from the canopy. Since there is no bar on top of the canopy edge like I mentioned, the canopy was hanging on by one corner. I have since taken down the canopy and now have a unit that is damaged.

Very good looking pergola
This pergola is a very nice looking pergola but we asked to return it because ours measures 6âx8â, which is too small for our use otherwise , weâd keep it . If it had been 8â x 10â Iâd have given it 5 stars .

Very sturdy and good looking.
I loved the sturdy frame. It went together well. The polyester fabric seems flimsy, I thought it was going to be thicker. But, I love the way it turned out, looks great. I may replace the fabric later to something thicker/heaver.

Looks good but the first wind caused tears
It took me a few days to get this together as a single mom and parts that wern’t made exactly to fit together. But finally it was done and the kids were so excited. The first night I left the canopy on we had unexpected rain and it ripped by morning. So sad to wake up to that. Now I’m hoping i have a friend talented enough to do a repair.
