Very vague instructions and it was difficult to assemble because of that. Other than that, itâs so good product.

No directions for installation
Mother in law bought this for us. It came with low quality directions. Just a few pictures. There is no customer support. If you are good at puzzles then you might not have any problem putting this junk together. Now I am selling it just to buy a different one.

Tough Assembly
Great product once assembled! Exactly what I wanted and needed. Assembly, however, very difficult. Instructions not user friendly. Each piece was clearly labeled, so excellent on that portion. But the instructions took longer to interpret than actually putting it together. Despite that, I would definitely order again.

Very hard to put together. Directions are hard to understand. Took four days to get it together and after I finally got it up a tornado came thru and broke in half.
