The materials are lightweight and all pieces needed were included. The color was accurate. Getting the pieces in and square took a lot longer than I expected. It wasn’t as easy to put together as would have been expected. I ended up having to shave a little off the ends to get it to go into each connector, and it wouldn’t stay square until the bed was filled with enough dirt to hold it in place

I bought 2 sets. They looked great initially, but did not hold up to the elements. I called customer service and they stated the units would be replaced, they just needed pictures and a form filled out. They would email me the link. I sent in photos and completed all requested tasks. They responded in email that they could not help as they don’t have those parts in stock. I replied back showing they are still on say at Amazon and they didn’t respond. I finally had a chance to call them back today and they confirmed they don’t stock the parts, my only option would have been to send them back previously and now out of warranty, so they are responsible for anything. So a complete waste of time to call them, send emails, photos, etc if they would have initially told me I was out of luck. Poor product. Poor customer service with inaccurate information and then not responding. First a waste of money, then a bigger waste of time jumping through their hopes. Look elsewhere for this type of product if you want a lasting product with good customer service.
