Very nice for the price. I started to assemble and quickly realized that it would take a century with a Allen wrench. I got a hex bit and extension and rachet and it took me by myself 4 hours to put it all together. It surprisingly lined up very well. A few pieces needed some convincing but all and all not bad. Definitely donât regret buying it.

Great furniture with a nice price. Customer service was great for a minor issue and was quick to resolve. Very friendly company to work with. The furniture is strong. I really like the idea of having two sets of furniture covers although they say waterproof I would recommend a spray treatment on the cushions. Water seeps in around the stitching if in a hard rain. I see this furniture lasting a very long time

Budget Friendly but difficult to build.
4/5Budget Friendly which is amazing HOWEVER Difficult to build. Very very time consuming. It comes with 2 Allen Keys which is nice because then u can have extra hands making the process easier. This is beautiful once its finished, it is considered short but its really beautiful. Havent tested the waterproofness yet, will update when the time comes.

This was the worse product i ever brought the instructions is horrible height very small the screws is very hard to place them the cushions is are smashed it looks cheap i advice nobody to purchase this item very bad product it looks nothing like it does on the picture the ratten is poor quality please don’t be scam by this product

Balcony
I love it sooo much , we have a long balcony and so decided to get it . I do want to say . If you think itâs a quick process to set up itâs not . Takes about 2 hrs just to do 2 pieces . RECOMMEND HELP , instructions arenât clear so keep an eye out but the after math is beautiful

Decent for the price
I would love to give this a 5 star but it came without any instructions. I emailed the company with no response. It took way too long to figure it out due to multiple parts and hardware. It is a nice set, cheaply made but decent for the price.

Great Product!
This is a nice set, it was easy to put together with two people assembling it. There are some quality control issues that I don’t think are acceptable. One of the cushion foams is not cut straight. It’s cut on a slant which makes the foam cushion not fill out the cushion cover on one side and doesn’t look very nice. Another issue is that the ratten on one of the chairs is not affixed to anything. It’s just tucked in and looks like it will eventually start to come apart. I don’t think these issues are acceptable after paying $1,120 with tax and shipping. I have emailed the company about the cushion (I emailed them about the cushion before I found the loose ratten) and they offered me $40 refund for the cushion because they don’t have it in stock. I don’t want the refund. I want a cushion that’s not defective. Now that I found the ratten is loose and am afraid that it will start to unravel eventually since it’s not affixed to anything.Update: The company sent me the replacement parts I needed. I’m very pleased with the product now and the company’s customer service was excellent!

Such a great piece!
It was a great addition to our outside oasis. I purchased a gazebo and needed to find something that could fit my family of 5. The couch was a perfect match for us! It fits our family and our outdoor space, we change up the design to keep the space looking fresh! Only complaint I have is that the cushions slip constantly. I purchased new pillows to match the neutral theme we wanted in our gazebo. I am very happy with my purchase!
