We needed 2 people and a 3 hour afternoon to put this together. We took everything out of all 3 boxes to make sure we had all of the pieces before starting. It really helped to separate based on the “letter” assigned to each part. Having a ratchet screwdriver helped immensely vs using the hex key they send. There are a couple of the rattan strips that are broken or came unwoven due to proximity to edges, but nothing really bad. It holds up well to windy days. Is strong enough to hold a 400lb person comfortably. We put Velcro strips on the bottom back edge of the seat cushions and the sofa/chairs to keep the cushions from sliding out. We also put the Velco strips on the bottom of the back cushions and the seat cushions to keep them from sliding down. (A personal preference.)The fabric on the seats pools water, but it still gets into the cushions so they need to air out after it rains (or bring them inside.)
