This is a very nice towel rack provides capability of halt handling multiple towels in a small snug bathroom without having to mount multiple towel racks on the wall within the bathroom. Takes up small space and can handle 3 to 6 towels if positioned properly!

Drying rack
Ordered chrome. The rack is gray. I was disappointed in the color because I wanted it to match the chrome in the bathroom. The racks were a little disappointing because a beach towel does not fit due to the spacing supports. I am using it for the purpose I purchased it which is to hang my bathing suit, towel, and cover up when I return from the pool. The towel bunches up on the highest rack.

Great customer service
We ordered this towel rack to help us accommodate several house guests over the holidays. Unfortunately, it was missing a critical part. I wrote the customer service team and they responded within 24 hrs offering to send us a new one and telling us we did not have to return the one that was missing parts. That kind of customer service is sadly lacking these days and Elyken exceeded our expectations!

It is very flimsy, and low to the ground. Even with the measurements provided, the hooks on the side donât allow you to have even a pair of shorts hung without partially being on the ground, same if you have large towels. Not worth the purchase.
