East Oak made it right!
My initial number of stars was a 4 but customer service from East Oak made it a 5 star experience. I liked the size, 28 inches. The color was a match with other pieces I’ve collected for the patio. Directions for putting the fire pit together clear. Unfortunately the top edge was crunched during shipping. I was disappointed, it was the top visable edge tjat was dented. I really didnt want to disassemble and return to Amazon. I reached out to East Oak via the link on Amazon. Within 24 hours East Oak responded. As requested I sent image of invoice for proof of purchase. A picture of the damaged part and my mailing address. I expected to not receive any sort of positive response. WOW, was I surprised! EAST OAK made it right. Instead of getting a sorry this happened to you email, customer service department shipped a replacement piece. Very very happy with fire pit and customer service from East Oak. Will definitely look at East Oak for my next patio, deck addition. Thanks for making it right.

The best! Get it!
Absolutly fantastic! I have a 2 year old, and he bumps into EVERYTHING. I wanted to make sure he didnt scrape or bump or cut himself on metal when he rushes into the yard. This thing is easy to put together, has no outer sharp edges, can handle a 2 year old stacking little boulders and rocks and dirt without scratching, and me and my husband bumping into it. Needless to say, it’s Very sturdy and still hasnt gotten a single dent or scratch, despite my toddlers best attempts.So far, we bought one 20 lb propane tank and it has not run out yet or had to be refilled. We use the fire pit for about 2 to 3 hours a night and have had it dlfor about a week and a half. So it will burn for a long time on one tank. Also, the flames get BIG! Its great because its pretty cold at night where I live. I keep it on low and it stull puts out a lot of heat, and when you put it on high it feels like your at a bonfire. It is the easiest fire pit I’ve ever lit as well. To light it, just push in, turn to temp you want, and then count to 2 or 3 before letting go. I have not had to turn it off and on a few times to get it to light like other ones ive experianced.

Great unit for the price.
Fire pit works very well. Didnât take long to assemble, and easy instructions to follow. Iâve had it for a few months now, and it works great. Will definitely work better in a more enclosed area. Like if you have a gazebo with the enclosed walls. I really enjoy the top being magnetic so you donât have to sit it on the ground or anywhere else. Comes with heat gloves, that arenât really great, but fine for the price. Iâve also habit sitting outside uncovered since winter and the metal has held up very well. A quick rinse off and it was all it took.

Ambiance achieved
Love this simple patio fire pit. Arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was secure. Instructions were easy to follow. I assembled it on my own (66 yo female). Enjoyed it immediately the evening of its arrival and have had several relaxing evenings since. It does not product a lot of heat – and I did not expect it to – but it creates the ambiance I was seeking. The lava rocks are a little skimpy so I have ordered another bag to supplement. Hoping to enjoy many more evenings mesmerized by the flames.

GET THIS IF YOU HAVE A SMALL AREA TO BOTH ENJOY THE FIRE AND TO USE TO ENTERTAIN.
FOUR STARS ONLY BECAUSE: THE FIRE PIT WAS JUST WHAT WE WANTED IN TERMS OF SIZE, HEIGHT AND STRUCTURE, AND COLOR. THE ASSEMBLY WAS VERY EASY TO DO. ASSEMBLY OF THE TANK WAS EASY TO FOLLOW, AND THE IGNITION WAS IMMEDIATE! WE ALSO PURCHASED THE COVER, AS THE UNIT SITS ON AN UNCOVERED DECK AND THE COVER IS VERY DURABLE. I LIKE THAT THE UNIT HAS THE METAL COVER CAN BE USED AS A TABLE IN OUR SEATING AREA.I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN IT A FIVE STAR. HOWEVER THE BASKET THAT IS TO BE INSTALLED INSIDE TO HOLD THE CANVAS COVER DID NOT HAVE ATTACHMENT BRACKETS ANYWHERE ON THE SIDES. NO BIG DEAL{ JUST LETTING OTHERS KNOW THAT THIS MIGHT HAPPEN TO THEM). ITS NOT A REASON I WOULD RETURN IT.I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Im Baumarkt eine Gasflasche gekauft und leider konnten wir die Gasflasche nicht anschlieÃen, da der Verbindungschlauch hier in Deutschland nicht an die deutschen Gasflaschen passtLieber Händler, wenn sie schon Sachen nach Europa versenden, sollten Sie schon darauf achten, dass man sie in Deutschland auch verwenden kann
