Good design, nice looking
The frame weighs about 14 ounces and feels heavy for a frame of this size – not surprising given that it stone. The surface of the stone feels like about a 220-grit sandpaper, not rough-feeling, but not polished to a slick surface either. The back folds on one of the long sides to open up for adding a photo. There are four metal tabs that rotate to release the back , a stand that folds out to hold the frame either horizontally or vertically on a surface, and a toothed hanger for placing it on a wall. The back has a thin black velvet covering. Oddly, there are maybe a couple of dozen very fine filaments (thinner than a hair), apparently of synthetic material, sticking to the back cover. These filaments vary from something like 1/8′ to 1/2″ in length.

Interior quality isnât the best
I really like the natural stone frame. The look and feel is nice. The interior quality isnât great and looks like itâs been used. But besides that itâs fine.

Ce cadre photo est assez original. Il est lourd et semble de bonne qualité. L’effet est interessant, il met la photo bien en valeur.Look moderne, sobre qui trouvera facilement sa place dans toute déco.J’aime beaucoup et je le recommande.

This frame is ace. I was expecting it to be made from some kind of sandstone effect plastic or resin, but it is actually made of stone and looks and feels great!The cover on the rear is on a kind of hinge on one side so there are fewer catches than most of my other frames, there are just four in two corners and although they are plastic, them seem strong and should not easily break. I have loads or frames that I have had to tape up the backs of due to broken catches. I don’t expect to be doing that with this, even if I swap pictures fairly often.It can be oriented portrait or landscape using the stand (which is as robust as the rest of it); but there is only a hanger on one of the short edges, so it can only be hung on the wall in a portrait orientation, which is my only disappointment.I’d love to buy the same in a bigger sizes.

Dieser Bilderrahmen ist echt wunderschön und kann gut und sinnig verpackt an, was auch alleine schon wegen der Echtglasscheibe notwendig ist.Der “steinerne” Rahmen macht qualitativ einen tollen Eindruck, ist sehr gewichtig und dank der liebevoll gestalteten Rückseite kann man ihn Sicher in Szene setzen. Qualität, wie man sie aus den alten Tagen kennt; kein verbastelter Billig-Plastikkram.Je nach Lichteinfall zeigt sich die feine Strukturierung des verwendeten Materials.Bei Portraitaufnahmen, die üblicherweise hochkant ausfallen, kann man den Bilderrahmen auch gut an die Wand hängen, dies gefällt mir ganz besonders gut und es bereitet Freude, wertvolle Erinnerungen auf diese Weise wertig auszustellen.
