As perfect as you can get out of a box. Fit and being square was almost perfect, only 1/4 inch out of square. Doesn’t get any better. Plus saved over $600 vs buying the same exact thing from home depot, even with $99.99 shipping.. it’s a 5 starer as far as I’m concerned.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I havenât put the gazebo together yet but I had some missing parts and they sent replacements promptly. The curtains look to be of good quality and overall everything looks like it will be sturdy.

A few pieces arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and he shipped new parts promptly. You will need a ton of patience to put this together. We were missing roof screws but that seems to be a manufacturer problem for a lot of reviews are mentioning it. We picked some up at Lowes. It hasnât rained here yet. Iâll update about that once it does. Overall I am currently happy with this purchase.

BUY A DRILL BIT
Great quality. Assembly takes a full day with two people. HUGE TIP: buy an Allen key socket for an impact drill. It would take forever to put up this only using the allen key that is sent with the set.

Missing Parts, Dents, and a Vanishing Refund
The gazebo itself is decentânot flimsy, but not high-end either. Assembly was time-consuming and frustrating, especially because I was missing parts not once, but twice. Each time, I had to stop the build and wait several days for the missing pieces to be mailed out. There were also a few dents on some of the panels, and the roof doesnât align perfectly.Customer service initially seemed helpful and even promised a $60 refund for the inconvenienceâbut after that, they stopped responding altogether. It honestly felt like they just wanted a positive review and then ghosted me.If youâre lucky and get all the parts, itâs an okay purchase. But be prepared for possible delays and lackluster support.

Sturdy Gazebo and Great Customer Support
Exactly what we wanted in terms of sturdiness and price point. Had an incorrect piece and some hooks missing but contacted the seller and they sent them immediately. You will definitely need 2 people to put it together, but overall it is a very good product. Couldnât have asked for better, highly recommended.
