Diverse & Exciting, But With Some Caveats
I was excited to try out this 10 Pepper Variety Pack Seed Vault, and overall, it has been a great experience with a few minor setbacks. This collection offers an impressive range of peppers, from mild and sweet to fiery and bold, making it a fantastic choice for both beginner and experienced gardeners. The selection is well thought out, covering a nice spectrum of flavors and heat levels, which is perfect for culinary diversity.Pros:â Great Variety â This pack includes an excellent mix of sweet, medium, and hot peppers. From classic Jalapeños and Poblano to the fiery Orange Habanero, it provides a well-rounded selection for different cooking needs.â Non-GMO & Heirloom Seeds â Itâs reassuring to know that these seeds are heirloom and non-GMO, making them a great choice for sustainable gardening.â Good Germination Rate â Most of the seeds sprouted well within a reasonable timeframe. My California Wonder, Cubanelle, and Serrano peppers germinated quickly and are growing strong.â Survival Garden Ready â If youâre looking to build a self-sufficient garden, this pack is a smart choice since it provides peppers for fresh eating, drying, and preserving.Cons:â ï¸ Germination Was Inconsistent â While many of the seeds sprouted well, a few varieties (Cayenne and Orange Habanero) had a lower germination rate than expected. It could be due to environmental factors, but compared to other seed packs Iâve used, these were a bit hit or miss.â ï¸ Packaging Could Be Improved â The seeds arrived in a simple plastic bag, and while they were labeled, more detailed instructions or individual packets for each variety would be helpful for organization.â ï¸ Some Seeds Took Longer to Sprout â The Rainbow Bell and Marconi peppers took significantly longer than the others to germinate, which may require extra patience. If youâre a beginner, this is something to keep in mind.Final Verdict:ð± 4.5/5 Stars â This 10 Pepper Variety Pack is a great value for gardeners who want to experiment with a diverse selection of peppers. While there were minor inconsistencies in germination and packaging, the overall quality of the seeds and the variety provided make it a solid choice for any home garden. If youâre patient and prepared to nurture a few slow starters, youâll likely be rewarded with a bountiful harvest of delicious peppers!Would I buy it again? Yes, but Iâd be mindful of germination rates and plan accordingly. ð¶ï¸

I buy many of my hydroponics seeds from Survival seeds. Mainly because they have a great selection of heirloom seeds, they ALWAYS sprout and so far, I have had GREAT results with growing them! Its even nicer that I can support a local business! Thank you for the seeds!

I was happy to receive them. However not the best seed. My beans come out good but my peppers didn’t grow. I use some I didn’t return it. Please do not buy this seed.

Co Stands by Their Product
4/22/25. This is an updayed review. (See my inital review below)The sellers reached out to me to offer a full refund. I appreciate that. To me, it shows they care.I bought onion seeds too. I had GREAT germination!I will try their seeds next season.I tried 3 different times sowing these seeds indoors this winter. I also did 2 germination tests by placing the seeds in wet paper towels. Results: average of 1% sprout rate. Perhaps the seeds were damaged before they arrived. I am an experienced gardener, about 50 years if experience. I’ve never had problems getting seeds to sprout.
