With its beautiful orange color, enormous size, and perfect handles, ‘Big Max’ is the ideal exhibition or carving pumpkin. With a little care, these pumpkins can reach 100 lbs or more in 110 days. Minimum of 5 g per packet (about 20 seeds).
Productive – Pumpkins germinate in 7-14 days when soil temps are 70-90°F. Plant 1” deep and space 4-6’ apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 10-18” tall with a spread of 10-15’. Pumpkins will mature in 110-120 days, plant in USDA zones 3-10.
Decorative or Eating – This fast growing pumpkin will amaze your children as they watch it grow. Plants have large green leaves and grow rapidly. Grow the largest pumpkin in your town and show it off to your neighbors. Pick when they are mid sized for jack o lantern carving! Fast growing! Healthy seeds!
I germinated these two in a compost bin a WEEK ago. I repotted them in a smaller pot but these are just two. 8 out of 10 germinated so far, the other ones are probably just lagging behind. Great product!!

Disappointing. Very few seeds germinated.
Less than 1 in 10 seeds germinated and I am a skilled gardener. Used germination trays, warm seed germination mats, etc. Perhaps the seeds sat too long in the warehouse? Probably would have been great, if the seeds grew. Disappointing.

Theyâre amazing, 95% germination and after two weeks theyâre looking great, if I knew there wouldnât be a frost Iâd plant them today
