Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?
The cushion covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.

Patio Furniture
Once assembled this patio furniture set is quite attractive. All the pieces are very sturdy, and the furniture is comfortable to sit in. I would consider myself only average when it comes to assembling things, and I had no trouble at all putting this set together. As for durability, time will tell, but I feel it’s a good value for the money. It looks exactly like the picture that shows the sofa, table, and chairs.

Love this patio set!
I love this set. I get so many compliments on it. Itâs comfortable and made well. Itâs on my lanai here in Florida.Believe it or not it gets chilly here in Florida in the winter and the fire element on the table stopped working. Customer Service did everything they could to help me they were so responsive. They sent me the right part and all is well. Highly recommend.!!!

Good minimal use patio set
The Ovios 5 piece patio set looks good on my screened porch. I don’t think it would hold up under constant use but it serves my purpose and will be used minimally. There is a lot of nuts and bolts to put all pieces together but I found not too difficult. One con is that a few bolts are visible from the outside of arms. The screws would be less noticeable if they were black but they are not. Cushions are adequate. Tables are nice. The glider part of the swivel chairs is “unusual” and quite stiff. Not really a smooth glide. Overall, I like the set but I do think it should be offered at a little lower price.

A very decent patio set.
This set looks just like the picture. It was easy to assemble, however a few of the steps in the directions were unclear; however I was able to figure it out. Itâs sturdy and looks nice on my deck.

Instructions are terrible, but a nice set
Arrived quickly. I am a 70 yr old woman so my husband used to do most of this type of thing but he passed away. I have built furniture before so I do have some experience.There are no printed instructions, just a few pictures that are not very defined.. A video on line that is also pretty worthless. Use your own tools, and hopefully you have some logic!The chair sits lower than I thought it would so for an older person or someone with knee issues it will be a struggle to get out of them. The seat itself feels like it will fit better for a man as the back is farther away. I added another small cushion behind the back cushion and another on the seat to raise it higher to compensate, but I will need to get firmer and thicker cushions or a piece of dense foamâ¦the cushions that are provided are soft and not as thick as they claim.Once it was assembled, I am happy with the quality-I got the orange color cushions with dk gray chair. The plastic wicker seems durable and the orange is more rust colored which is what I wanted. The chair turns and glides nicely. Itâs not to heavy as I will need to bring it into lanai when I get inclimate weather.Overall very happy with is 2 chair and side table patio set. Now to find cushions that will work better!

Very comfortable and sturdy
I needed some chairs for my small back porch that were comfortable, not overly bulky, and wouldn’t cost too much. Bought two to evaluate them. I was skeptical when I assembled them, but was very pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and sturdy they are. Bought two more and I’m very, very pleased.
