Nice Size, Good Quality, Lights are Bright
This is a slightly larger than a usual umbrella, itâs great quality, and the metal parts seem sturdy and likely to hold up in windy weather. The solar receiver is right at the top, and I really like its placement, it will catch the sun all day. The only small downside is that the lights do not automatically come on at dusk, you have to switch them on and off, which I feel defeats the object of having the solar, therefore I removed a star. I also wish, at the time of ordering, it had been available in more colors.

Makes For A Glowing Outdoor Retreat
The Yaheetech 9FT Solar Lighted Patio Umbrella has become a centerpiece in my outdoor space, making evenings delightful with its warm and inviting glow. It’s a fantastic size for my patio, creating just the right amount of shade during the day and beautiful illumination at night with its strip and hub lights. The tan color of the umbrella is spot-on, perfectly complementing my outdoor decor’s earthy tones. Setting it up was quite straightforward; the instructions were clear, and it took me about 10 minutes to assemble it without any trouble. Iâve paired it with the C-Hopetree Heavy Duty Water Fillable Base, which I also was able to review, and it’s held the umbrella securely even during some severe weather and wind we recently experienced. The crank and tilt features are simple, allowing easy adjustment as the sun moves across the sky. When comparing this umbrella to similar ones online, I find that it offers excellent value, particularly with its solar-powered lights that save on energy costs. Spending time on my patio has been a much more enjoyable experience, whether reading a book, relaxing in the gentle afternoon shade, or having a pleasant evening chat with friends under the twinkling lights. With all this in mind, I would confidently rate this umbrella 5 out of 5 stars. Itâs an excellent addition to my outdoor setup and well worth the online price. Should any issues develop with further use, Iâll update this review, but so far, it has exceeded my expectations in both form and function.

Functional bargain umbrella – Poor Solar/Charger Design
Build quality is passable, about on-par with most other patio umbrellas you’re gonna find in the bargain ~$50 range. A few loose threads and they’re all single stitched so I wouldn’t expect this to take much abuse.The lighting… works. A tiny little solar panel which you twist on yourself during assembly and a hidden battery somewhere in the pole that powers the LEDs when you switch it on. Not a fan of how the panel is attached on top. There’s no drainage or water ingress protection I can see for the charging PCB. I suspect heavy rains would just drip water right into the inside. Not ideal.

Very happy with this umbrella, though it’s only been out a few days so I can’t speak to its durability.Assembly is a snap (literally–a couple pieces snap together and you’re done).Umbrella raising/lowering assembly works well. Crank is easy to turn.Umbrella is attractive.Solar panel on top works well; when turned on, the LED light is bright. (I don’t know how long a charge is good for.)Assuming it’s durable in weather, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one of these in a few years.

Very Nice Daytime & At Night
Loving this solar umbrella!I’ve had many patio umbrellas over the years, and this one is of very nice quality. The lights make it extra special. The structure is made of a strong metal (it has some weight), and the crank system is smooth and tight. The fabric is a midweight – not thin but not a heavy canvas, and sheds rain easily.The solar panel attaches to the top and each rib has an led light. The lights are perfectly matched and provide a solid light as opposed to small dots of light. They are activated via a switch on the upper pole & provide very nice ambient lighting perfect for a late night meal or sitting poolside.We enjoy extending our living space to the outdoors, and the lights in particular really elevate the look at night.In terms of value, it would be difficult to find this quality of umbrella without the lights at this price. Very pleased.

Umbrella with solar-powered lights
This replacement solar-powered umbrella is nice. The lights are strips that are pretty bright. The fabric on the umbrella I’m not sure will last long since it’s pretty thin. But, we’ll see over time (the winds and storms in Dallas can be pretty intense).

Something different – a great idea!
This umbrella is very well made. We’ve had lots of cold and high winds lately (slowing my review) but it stood up to all. Note – this was with the umbrella closed, not open. If it had been open, I’m sure I would have been chasing it down the street! The khaki color looks great, and I love the solar powered LEDs on the underside. They give a nice warm glow when sitting out on a comfortable evening.Highly recommended!
