Product Improved from the past FAST SHIPPING
Iâve owned other sets by Wisteria before. The hardware is definitely upgraded. My set wasnât supposed to be delivered until the 20th(Iâm not a Prime member & I ordered the 6th) yet both boxes showed up in perfect condition today, the 8th. Nothing missing or broken, blue of cushions & color of the âwickerâ exactly as shown. As a middle aged woman with a spinal injury, I put the entire set together on my own in 2 & 1/2 hours including multiple breaks, using only the Allen wrench included. Instructions are clear, while the boxes are heavy, each piece is a good weight, nice height on everything, not too low or too high. I payed almost the same for 2 chairs and an end table from the same brand almost 3 years ago. Good value for a set that will last a few years if taken care of.

Perfect for my 10×10 Gazebo
I received this set in about three days, way sooner the expected. It set outside in the big box’s, then I decided I think I can try and put it together myself, be 80 in April, but very young 80. So that is exactly what I did. It took awhile because you have to use a stupid little allen wrench, that took me the longest as I always had the find the hole in the screwhead. but totally worth it. It is a lovely set , the pillows came really scrunched didn’t think they would ever come out of it , but I took a steamer to them this morning and that helped a whole lot. still a little scrunched in places. The little bag that held the screws and washers had a hole in it when I took it out of box some screws and washers were in box and some on the ground as I didn’t know it had a hole. Thankfully I found everything I needed I was so worried. I have a 10×10 Gazebo and fit perfect I can even put my table and a couple chairs. I got it in the brown and cream pillows. Not sure where people were having trouble aliening the holes for the screws I had NO trouble they just didn’t read the instructions, It says DO NOT tighten tight until after putting it together incase you have to move it a hair. All in all I would recommend this set to whoever has smaller area. as it is a smaller set which I needed. and it is comphy!!!I am thankful I ordered covers as it has rained since getting it. I have canopy on Gazebo but if raining hard things can still get wet. I was happy I got them in two days!!

Overall, I am happy with the product.Cons: The tempered glass top for the table was shattered upon receiving. One out of four suction cups that hold the glass top in place was missing. The back cushions arenât supportive.Pros:The item looks like advertised. The quality is decent. Easily assembled. The seat cushions are sturdy and supportive.The customer service rep (Cherry), with the company, was very responsive to my inquiry about replacing the table top, I was kept updated on the status of replacement. It was quickly replaced!

Great product, excellent customer service
This came shipped from manufacturer. It arrived just 5 days after it was ordered, but when I opened it a couple weeks after that (was waiting for my hubby to get home to help), 2 of the seat cushions were the wrong color. It was on Sunday so I emailed the company about the problem. I had a response within just a few hours explaining in detail what they needed to replace the incorrect cushions. I gathered everything, emailed back and again had a quick response. The new cushions were replaced very quickly with expedited shipping. I would recommend this company and this particular patio set for anyone looking for good quality and excellent customer service. We are absolutely thrilled with the set and for the price you canât beat the quality.

Great product and customer service
I have a bit of a lengthy review. I will start by saying the customer service for Wisteria Lane is fantastic! I worked with a women named Cherry and she was very helpful. I ordered the 5 piece set. It was delivered in a timely manor. Upon delivery I only received 4 pieces of my 5 piece set, and the shipment was noted by Amazon as delivered. That is when I was advised to reach out to the manufacturer customer service.When I sent all necessary information to Wisteria Lane customer service, Cherry was able to inform me that the last piece was in-fact still on its way and it was shipped under its own tracking number. So if you are purchasing the 5 piece set I figured it would be nice to know that even if you donât receive it with your initial delivery itâs more than likely on its way! I was frantic as we had already started building the set when we realized a piece was missing.As for assembly of the set it was very simple and didnât take much time at all! The quality seems to be wonderful. We havenât been able to use it much yet as itâs still cold where I live. But I am hopeful it will last a long time.The cushions also seem to be a good quality. Sometimes 3in thick cushions arenât the greatest but I donât have any complaints so far.I would definitely recommend this set as of now based on assembly, quality, and customer service!
