Perfect heater!
Where do I begin?? It’s very easy to put together and works very well. I am a smoker (I know, ew!) and don’t smoke in my house. We have been wanting one of these for a while, just never got around to getting one. Now that we have one? I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW WELL IT HEATS!! We do not have an enclosed patio, so I wasn’t sure how well the heat would radiate. It does great! It actually gets too warm and I have to back away. It’s really slim, so doesn’t take up too much space at all. We are thinking about getting another one for the other side of our patio as it’s a large, long one.

Decent but not great
The instructions were just okay, and good thing I am mechanically inclined to make sense of them. They could definitely use an improvement. Assembly went. At times it was not easy and some persuasion was needed. The size of the box this came in should have been a clue. I’m all for saving space, but then there’s ridiculous. Once together it did work well enough. Not convinced of just how much longevity we will get out of this, but it does help for the cool spring nights.

Igniter didnât work.
These outdoors heaters look good. But the instructions are mediocre, and the design is mediocre as well. I bought two of them to use for a party. I assembled them the day before the party and both of them. The igniters wouldnât work big disappointment.

Poorly made, non functioning
The problems with this patio heater started as soon as we took it out of the box. The head or burner component had something rattling around inside of it which obviously was a concern. When trying to put the item together, the regulator was too large to fit through the neck pipe, so we had to disasemble the hose from the heating element and thread it in backwards (see photo). Once we got the item together, the screws that hold the two neck pieces together were too large to allow the housing to come up far enough to allow a propane tank to go under the base housing (see photo). When we put in a battery into the battery holder/switch, it immediately started trying to ignite without the ignitier being pressed (see video). During this whole process I’ve had real safety concerns for this unit. It is cheaply made and in my opinion dangerous.

A Must Have for those Cool Nights
I bought this patio heater for my deck. I live in the Northeast and this is a perfect thing to use in the evenings during the late Winter and early Spring time. This allows us to spend more time outside and still feel warm. In fact, we have been barbequing more often now and even eating outside under the warmth of this patio heater. It has been a great buy at this price point.

Decent outdoor heater
This is my first patio heater so I don’t have much to compare it to but it definitely does the job on cool spring nights.Assembly could have been better. Instructions are o.k.-ish and only a couple of the holes were pre-threaded. Most are simply drilled holes and the screws are self-tapping sheet metal screws. Alignment of the holes wasn’t always perfect. There were a few cases where “Persuasion” had to be used. (“Persuasion” is the name of my ball-peen hammer.)So not quite the quality you’d get from a better brand – and I don’t think there’s much of a price difference.
