Seller does NOT take proper responsibility for defects
The seller will make a lot of excuses when you report an issue. One of the chairs we got had a leg that was totally uneven and wobbly. The seller asked for proof, after the defect was confirmed by pictures and videos. They suggest we adjust ourselves or get 6 dollars compensation for the bad chair. Hence, it was a manufacturing issue, and it had nothing to do with the ensembling. We rejected the offer and asked to send the bad one back, and get it replaced with a good one. They came back offering $15, totally ignoring the request to replace it.They are really hard to work with and don’t value their customers. We ended up returning the whole set, because it is unacceptable that you pay $394 for a set, have a manufacturer issue, and they are not willing to work with you to fix their mistake.
