Amazing couch for the price! I have a large west-facing sunroom that Iâm renovating, and was looking for a couch that would fit the space and complement the fiery sunsets; this couch is perfect! I noticed some reviews stating a discrepancy in color matching, but I find that to be the charm of any velvet: the grain direction can reflect the light differently, and I personally love that âombréâ look when it happens (see video). The cushions feel a bit hard upon first sit, but are breaking in nicely (and not sagging) after a few days. My only âcomplaintâ (if you can even call it that), is the height; my family and most friends are 5â10â and over, and this couch feels pretty close to the ground for us, lol, so Iâll be installing after-market taller feet to help alleviate that.The order stated that the unit would arrive in (3) packages, and at possible different times, so when the first (2) were delivered without the final one, I wasnât concerned. The next day, however, the seller reached out and said the 3rd shipment was lost, and they would be immediately sending a replacement. Seller continued to communicate via Amazon and text, and kept me updated on tracking/location. Seller texted an hour after the package was delivered to confirm receipt, and continued to follow-up throughout the assembly process to ensure all parts/pieces were there and to provide any assistance. This is the absolute best customer service Iâve experienced in years.One small assembly note: there are clamps that attach each side couch to the back piece, and they put a lot of stress on a small place of the wood frames, so they cannot be tightened very well. I just used a stack of shims to displace that stress point across the entire frame, and then had no issues at all tightening the pieces together. Totally an easy fix.All in all, this has been one of my most favorite purchases; not only the beauty of the couch, but also the outstanding service provided.

I’ve always loved the tufted look this was my dream couch. Something big that everyone and the pups can fit on comfortably while still looking gorgeous.
