What Exactly Is Waterless Cold Air Diffusion?
Cold air diffusion technology converts fragrances into a dry nano-mist, enveloping spaces for extended periods. Quick Start Guide – Key Steps For Smooth Operaiton
Plug It In
When first using our Wireless Diffuser, it must be plugged in for it to operate. For wireless operation, both ends of the power cord need to be plugged in for a minimum of 12 hours to charge before unplugging.
Do Not Add Water. Fill Adequately
Do not add or mix any water into the diffuser bottle-only pure, undiluted diffuser oil should be used. A minimum of 30mL (loz) of diffuser oil is required for the diffuser to operate.
Close Tightly
When refilling the container, insert the diffuser head into the diffuser body, and be sure to screw the diffuser head clockwise and secure it very tightly, otherwise it will not diffuse.
Clean Regularly
To avoid clogging, clean the diffuser tube and bottle with rubbing alcohol once a month or between refills. Please reference the manual for cleaning instructions.

Easy and well built
I wasted so much time and money on the smaller waterless defusers, but this bad boy works awesome. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, some people don’t understand instructions and do’s and dont’s. Run it once a month for a few cycles with rubbing alcohol and you’ll be good to go. Things like overtightning is just common sense. Take out of box, plug in, fill your bottle (that comes with) and go to whatever setting you want. The blue light will stop flashing when fully charged, but I just leave mine plugged in all the time which is also fine… Enjoy!!… Oh update 5/19/2025.. I just got my third one. The charging blocks need to be upgraded, but I always use good ones, so don’t think it stopped working on you, it’s the USB block, just get a good one.. Again Enjoy!!

AMAZING value – comparatively speaking
As a FORMER Aroma360 customer, I love this inexpensive diffuser. It’s no louder/quieter than the 360, and it diffuser significantly less oil with the same results in scent. I’ve used it for a month now – no leaks, no issues. I LOVE it. If Amazon was more consistant, I would order another. I am apprehensive that I won’t be as lucky with the second order.

Discouraged upon opening!
Purchased for my wife. She was excited to get it as she loves smell goods. She took it out the box followed directions and filled the diffuser bottle and plugged it in. No power. After several attempts she changed the charging cable and it came on. We think it was returned because it had a refill diffuser cap in the box. She is undecided if she wants me to return as it has not fully charged yet (received 5/11 and charging 5/11)so she can see if worth keeping. Be back with an update in a few hours.

Absolutely love this diffuser! Excellent quality, beautiful elegant design, looks great in any room. It puts out a tremendous amount of fragrance that lingers for a long time. And I like that you can see it diffuse the oil so you know itâs working. I have a couple more diffusers in a different brand and Iâm never sure they are working because you canât see it when itâs diffusing and theyâre not really strong smelling even on the high settings.While I have it set up in the living room the scent even reaches our family room and smells amazing. So far It seems to hold battery power really well on low even with the light on and uses very little essential oil. Love the convenience of the remote control.Thinking of buying another in a different color but really only need the one because itâs so powerful.Canât say enough about how great this diffuser is. Would highly recommend it!

Nice “Hotel” Scent
I have never owned one of these but did a lot of research prior to purchasing. Here is what I have to say/learned:When you set it up – pay attention to the fill line on the bottle – if you overfill, it will bubble up and make a huge mess. Next, I was thinking this was chargeable – it says wireless. I guess that is just for the remote. You plug it in – like a cell phone – and can use a remote to control the settings. The cord is not very long and only allows me very limited locations. Has a Type A to plug into a charging block (furnished) and into the power outlet. The other end is a Type C. May try and order a longer cord if I decide to keep it. Which takes me to my dilemma – supposed to scent up to 1,000 SF – key word is “up to”. If it is placed in a larger open area, you lose the scent. My house is average and I feel like if it is centrally located I should be able to smell it in the common areas. One other thing to note, when it runs, it sounds like an air compressor is on. Not too annoying for me but I didn’t expect it to be so loud.I picked this brand because it had better Reddit reviews than others but not overly hopeful at this point. May look into a whole house scenting machine that hooks to my HVAC system.

Love the concept and when it works it’s great.
The concept is great and when it works it’s great. The first one I ordered worked about 3 mos, maybe. And then just stopped working. Customer service however, was extremely helpful and on my word, over the phone, they sent me a brand new one and I was able to toss the first one in the trash. No return. I love it as long as it keeps working.
