Loved the design & quality of this cover! In fact, I preferred the look of where the opening is on this one to the one I ultimately kept and put on my futon. The reason I kept that one over this one is that the color of this one was just enough off to be distracting from the design in the room and the color of the other one was perfect. In this case, the aesthetic won over the superior quality of the SureFit Home Décor Soft Suede and Sherpa Futon Slipcover.I didn’t keep it so I cannot speak to the durability. However, I suspect given the quality that it would be even more durable than the one I ultimately kept.***** PROS *****+ quality of the materials and the sewing/ assembly+ rich color and feel of the fabric+ value – good price for the quality of the cover [ roughly $65 with tax & delivery ] which would be true at twice the price everywhere else I shopped***** CONS *****- A pain in the butt to put on the futon mattress and will require 2 people to do itNOTE: The finished fit is worth the fighting of the mattress to fit in there. But you will use bad language the entire time you are fighting to get it in there. However, when you are done it will give a quality look to your space.

Edit: I decided to not bother with the return on this when I ordered an actual loveseat, the following review is for how it fit: It’s horrible. I’ll keep it at one star, here’s why: I ordered a loveseat this was supposed to be able to fit, it doesn’t; the inside of the slipcover has a “sticky” material that likes to cling to the material of the loveseat, so getting this thing on is a pain in the butt – it’s no simple task. It does do a lot of stretching though, but the seams aren’t where they’re supposed to be and the cut of the cushion slipcovers don’t fit any of the cushions on my loveseat (lol). I did successfully get this thing on my loveseat, but it looked so horrible (I wish I had taken a picture) that I had no choice but to take it back off – it’s better to just use a nice looking sheet and put the folds where you want them. This thing sucks.The original review I wrote follows this one (I mistakenly thought it was a loveseat instead of a cover).I thought I was buying a cheaper loveseat from Amazon, that had slipcovers on its cushions that were washable. Had I known this was only a cover, I never would have bought it.

Pros:Charcoal is a nice dark neutral, quality seems fine. Shipped quickly.Cons:- Pricey to return. Shipping back 10 lbs costs more than the price of this product. Fortunately I was able (w a lot of determination & shipping tape) to fit it into a large flat rate box and ship back for $25. So buy locally if you don’t want to pay to return it.- Too small in depth of seat cushions. I messaged the seller, but foolishly ordered before receiving a response. Oddly, my question is not posted so I pasted their response w/ dimensions below. I have this Futon that I bought back in like 1993 that has followed me through several moves, has been my bed, apartment living room couch, guest bed in our first home, and is now a basement back up bed but mostly sofa.We recently semi finished our basement and the old thick cover was still in great shape, but it was a patterned cover, so we decided we wanted this staple to blend a bit better⦠so off to Amazon I go and lucky find.The mattress is a bit thicker at about 6 1/2 inches thick and the overall length is about 6 feet. The zipper is on the back side in the middle where the mattress bends, so I had to taco that mattress up to get the thing on myself with only one unreturned panic holler to my teenager.It is a good looking suede brown and it will not stand out too much from the brown leather chairs going down near it. It is thinner than the original woven cover I have on it but I just put this cover on right over the top of the other one. I think this is gonna work great.

I was a little skeptical due to fit and trying to get it on, reading some of the other reviews but easy to put on my futon mattress however it is a fit for a 8″ mattress, as noted. Mine is only 4 but took the chance as good price but yes too big. I ended up purchasing a 4″ topper and it worked! Looks good and much more comfy. If you have pets tho, have a lint brush handy as it does attract hair. Overall I’m happy with it!

My chair was not a wing chair but a rocker, and this cover worked well. I just had to do some tucking in. It was better quality than I thought it would be.

Fits my sofa well, and you can buy clear backed upholstery screws to resolve any looser bits. Luxurious soft feel. Very very light barely there beige colour , but it is there. Only complaint is that for a sofa with loose back cushions it looks lumpy. They should have a back cushion cover option like they do with the seat cushions. I emailed them a couple of days ago – waiting to hear back.
