Seems like it will be comfortable when put together. But I received two of the wrong parts and the correct parts are missing, so I canât put it together. Awaiting response from the sellerUPDATE: Super nice and professional customer service. They quickly sent me a replacement box with the missing parts. This set is so cute with thick comfortable cushions. Looks and feels higher end. You wonât find the equivalent at this price range.The replacement box left me with some extra parts, so I actually used a spare ottoman and spare back to makeshift one additional seat using furniture clips I bought on amazon (Blulu 1.4 inch.)The seats are easy to build. Once the seats are together, there is a way to connect them at the sides with screws. But that seemed a little difficult and I want to be able to move the seats around, so I just used the same furniture clips to connect all the seats. They snap on the bottom rungs perfectly.My only critique is the back cushions arenât attached. I will probably get some Velcro to hold them down on windy days, not a big deal. Otherwise itâs perfect.

This is adorable and fits our space perfectly. Three things I think should be notedâ¦We ordered the 6 piece which shipped in 3 boxes. I was a bit worried because only 2/3 boxes showed up a week ago. I contacted customer service and they showed the 3rd box coming almost a week later. Turned out great, but it wasnât communicated it was coming in three boxes so my tracking said âdeliveredâ after the first two came and showed me nothing about a 3rd. I was concerned they didnât send me the right thing. After contacting customer service they assured me it would all be there and it did eventually come.The couch was easy enough to put together. The base cushions are firm and well-filled. A few of the back cushions are also firm and well filled but a few cushions were vacuum sealed (the ones you let rise), well those are not filled well at all. Quite under-filled really. I assume they did this for packing but it forced me to go by some fill to make them more comfortable.Finally, I wish the cushions somehow connected to the base so they didnât slide around too much. Maybe I can Velcro them?Overall, Iâm happy with this set, just a few things worth noting.

Absolutely love this patio furniture set! It looks amazing in our backyard and is super comfortable. We did run into a small issue during setup, but I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful, honestly 5-star service! They responded quickly and got everything sorted out for us without any hassle. The installation didn’t take too long either, much easier than we expected. Now we spend a lot of time just lounging on it, soaking up the sun. Highly recommend!

This sectional really hits the mark! The 5 inch cushions are so comfy and a lot thicker than many others I compared it to. We did put velcro on the front cushions because they WILL slide off, but the velcro instantly fixed it. The modular sections are really easy to put together and arrange it however you wish. Itâs dog approved too! First thing she runs to when she gets on the patio ð
