Nobody likes pestsâ¦.but everyone likes beautiful flowers! So I thought this would be the perfect idea for the planters on my front porch. And I already see them sprouting!! I cannot wait to see how they look all spring / summer and even better to walk out my front door without being harassed by nasty bugs! Itâs a healthier alternative to chemicals so Iâll take it!

Good germination, lots of seeds!
Seed germination has been very easy so far! Weâre on day 4 and the lavender and marigolds are already starting to sprout. 🙂 I predict theyâll be ready for planting in the next 2-3 days, if not sooner.I placed them in a paper towel inside of a labeled ziploc bag with a little air and spray them daily with collected rainwater. They also sit outside on our back porch for the humidity.
