The mystery crash
I purchased this beautiful clock for my newly renovated living room in 2023. We received compliment after compliments. Well, one evening when we had our 2 ye old goddaughter, we heard this crash and bang. We all ran out to the second layer and looked around. We saw nothing. My goddaughter pointed to shattered glass and damages. The rim of the clock had fallen. It shattered a beautiful statue that I had, along with damaging my portrait and pampering photo of my newly deceased granddog. Glass and mirror was everywhere. How and more importantly, why did this happen. There was no heat that would have effected the clock. It was put up correctly because the clock is still standing, without the trim. I reached out to the seller, but I have yet to get a response. We are truly blessed that the accident happened when my baby was in another room. She has full range of the house, and we’re thanking God that she wasn’t in that room. Before I can recommend this product to anyone, I would need an explanation as to why this happened.

Beautiful clock, Annoying that ups makes you go pick it up and had to call around to find out where they dropped it off. Seller was very helpful with that. Would recommend the clock is so pretty!
