Decent seeds for the price.
I received seeds that were packaged for the same year of expected use. No problem there. I did the water float/sink test before planting. Had quite a few never sink, however I had plenty of seeds to plant and most came up without issue. I was in a pinch and just needed a few seeds anyways

old seeds – past expiration date – zero sprouted
ZERO seeds germinated. Perhaps it was because the expiration date for the packet of seeds I purchased in February had expired in December of 2024. Seems like that shouldn’t have been an issue. I tried 3 different times to grow these in my indoor set up. But none did. Finally purchased a seed pack from my local grocery store 1 week ago, and all of the seeds I planted in my little starter pots grew. Other have had good results from this seller, but not me.

Fast-growing basil, but note the seeds arenât from Italy
I planted these basil seeds on March 20, and by April 14, they had grown tall and lush in my AeroGarden. Iâm super impressed with how fast and full they grew! The leaves are flavorful and fragrant, perfect for fresh pesto or adding to pasta dishes.One thing to note: I specifically chose this brand because the listing mentioned the seeds were from Italy, but the packet I received says Israel seeds. The quality is still great, but the mismatch might matter if youâre buying based on origin.Overall, Iâm happy with the results as they sprouted quickly, grew strong, and taste delicious. Just double-check if seed origin is important to you.
