Good gift, smells nice…not great
This 4-pack of candles looked really promisingâeach one smells lovely right out of the jar, especially the lavender, which was my favorite. The packaging is cute, and theyâd make a nice gift at first glance.However, once lit, the scent throw is pretty minimal. I was hoping the fragrance would fill the room, but itâs very subtle, almost unnoticeable unless youâre standing right next to it. On top of that, they burn down fairly quickly, so the longevity isnât great either.Overall, theyâre nice for ambiance or a small space, but if youâre looking for strong, lasting scent, these might fall a bit short.

It’s simply unusable.
The wick of the candle was ridiculously crooked. When burning, the flame was sometimes large and sometimes small, and it even blackened the glass. It was simply unusable!

Poor wick placement / design. Smell nice, nice appearance, packaged well.
Normally I don’t write these but feel compelled with these candles. If you don’t plan on burning the entire candle at once and use it over time only about half of the candle will be usable in my experience.Eventually, the wicks will become encased in the wax and impossible to light, or, they’re in there in such a way that the wax will melt and then ultimately the candle goes out. Then, the wax dries, encasing the wick, and you’re left with either digging out the wicks (which then break) or you just skip to tossing the candle into the bin. Some are also comically off center. You will need longer matches or lighters as a regular lighter wont be able to reach the wick early on the the candle’s life.The product is packaged very well. They also look nice in appearance and do smell good. Lavender Woods is a little soapy but scent is personal preference. Leather, Oak, and Smoke/Vanilla are great scents. 3 stars.The issue with their size, wick placement (off centered), and how much use you actually will get out of them is why I subtracted 2 stars.Coming into the holidays, as a man, I wouldn’t be upset receiving these as a small gift for those who have men in their lives they find difficult to shop for and always say “I don’t want anything.”

It’s extremely difficult to clean up!
When the candle is burning, the wax liquid flows everywhere, making the entire table dirty and extremely difficult to clean! So disgusting!

Smells great and you can still smell them for hours after blowing them out. I get compliments on how good my house smells since purchasing these.Iâve bought them several times now.

Wicks are bad on these.
75% these smell great, but one of them I think its the leather one isn’t that great though kinda smells like burnt rubber or something. The come packaged very well however I am seeing a problem when leaving these lit over a long period of time that others have brought up and that’s the wicking on these are not good at all they go limp after the wax starts to melt which then makes it so they make contact with the melted wax and extinguish the wick and harden and then encase the wick in the wax, you can fix this while its still starting to harden by adjusting the wick but shouldn’t have to. I did this on one of the candles but it will just happen again while adjusting with a pair of tweezers I also pulled the wick out completely which tells me the wicks aren’t even tethered to the base of the housing of the candle like most candles are.Love the smell but its not worth being able to use 33% of the candle and having problems when the candle is half way done on top of that. Wouldn’t recommend buying this if you want full use of the candles, and this is not just a problem on one candle I bought the 4 pack and all of them have the same problem.

Candles smell great, the packaging is very clean and elegant. My only issue is 2/4 candles wicks did not burn well. Half way throughout the candle lifestyle the wicks were no longer able to catch a flame.
