The cushion covers have zippers and can be washed.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.
Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.

LOVE!!!!
Purchased the 12 piece set to have 2 sets of sectionals for our upper and lower deck. Very easy to assemble, great directions and color coding. Time consuming but not too bad. Cushion quality is great and fabric covers are perfect!!!! Absolutely love this. Wish I would buy additional individual pieces but otherwise perfect.

Attractive and great value for the money
Weâve only had this for a couple months but are quite happy with the unit. Despite a small delay after contacting customer service, once the problem was identified their response was very good and helpful. We werenât sent a corner unit which caused some confusion when putting the whole thing together but were sent the correct piece after contacting customer service.Pros:Easy to assemble. Each piece has color coded labels. The holes match up and extra screws and washers are included.The height of the seat bases and the backs are good. Doesnât feel like Iâm sitting on the floor and my back has support.Seat cushions are very firm and comfortable. Iâm impressed with the quality of the foam. They come compressed in plastic packaging. The instructions say to let them plump up before putting them in the fabric covers but I put them in immediately after taking them out of the plastic. I figured it would be easier than wrangling a full size foam cushion into the covers and it was. It was easy to make small adjustments to the fabric cover as needed. The denim color is very pretty and the fabric is a nice thickness. The back cushions tie around the seat back, preventing them from falling forward.We already have a rectangular firepit so the coffee table was used as an end table. It is the same size as the chair bases so it fits in well and doesnât look odd. We also opted to buy an extra armless seat to make it look better around the firepit. (Thanks customer service for help with ordering that!)Customer service is responsive and helpful. We received the correct seating unit very quickly.Cons:While the seat cushions are very comfortable the back cushions are just fiberfill and arenât as comfortable. Easy to remedy with pretty accent pillows.The feet are plastic so Iâm not sure how well these will hold up over time.The vinyl wicker is a pretty thin material and only time will tell how this holds up as well. Weâve placed it under the roof of our lanai and cover it when not using it. I wouldnât place this out on the lawn and expect it to last long.The seat frame is metal wrapped in vinyl wicker but there are no metal supports that crisscross to support the seat cushions or the weight of a person. The supports are just twisted vinyl material in a tic tac toe pattern. The only metal supports attach near the corners. Iâve included a picture of a seating base that shows this. For me this is probably the biggest con and again, only time will tell how well it holds up.Overall we are very happy with this seating unit and enjoy using it on our lanai.

Cheaply made wicker but decent overall.
Although itâs a pain to put together, itâs doable. Just donât tighten bolts till all of them are in.The wicker is very cheaply made though. For over $800 I expected thicker wicker. My children could put their fist right through it if they got too rough with toys or something. Definitely should have spent $200-$300 more dollars and got better made wicker from wayfair or loweâs or something.

Assembly took some time. Instructions were good. Some areas are difficult to screw into so just be patient when putting together. Comes well packaged. 2 large boxes. The clips are for clipping the separate pieces together. Cushions are thick and comfy. Overall happy with the purchase and quality and price. Hoping it will last a few years. Will not leave out over winter as I think it wonât last as long so be sure to have somewhere to store the pieces.

Perfect for my space
I got this on Black Friday, so wonât truly get to enjoy until the weather warms up, but so far this product checks all the boxes. It was easy to put together, quality seems good and its very comfortable. I had been waiting for 2 years to replace my old furniture that I had for 16 years. I am curious to see how long this one holds up!
