Company Stood Behind Product
I had the lights installed on my pergola in September, 2024. They were beautiful and worked fine until I tried turning them on the beginning of 2025. They no longer worked. I contacted the company who sold them to me by e-mail and told them how disappointed I was that the lights only worked for a few months. They told me the lights were guaranteed to work for a full year, which I was unaware of. They asked me to make sure each bulb was tight in the socket, which I did and each bulb was tight. I did not need to send the lights back to them, and they sent me a new set of lights within a couple of days. I now have the new set of lights up and they are great!!! I gave them five stars because of the communication with this company and their response in sending me a new set of lights. I appreciated that they stood behind their productâgreat company!!!

Gorgeous lighting, easy to install, good quality for the money
These got here just in time for my party! It made such a difference on my patio, it lit everything up but not too bright. It was a nice romantic touch even though it was a company party. Very easy to hang up, the distance between the lights was perfect.

Great lights and the company is easy to work with.
I purchased these lights with remote to help while we are remodeling to have some lighting. They worked perfect, the light could be adjusted easily as well as having the remote for ease of turning them on and off. The bulbs are safe for indoor or outdoor use and are strong not flimsy, I highly recommend these lights. Also, I had a small problem and the company responded quickly and went above and beyond resolving it. Lovely lights but how do we keep them up?
These are lovely but after rains they don’t stick anymore. What are you all doing to keep them up? Four stars for now until there’s a solution. I’ve had them up for only 3 days.

Way too short
They should be more direct about the length said it was 60 ft yeah 60 foot of the cord and probably about 54 foot of the lights. It was like 2 foot short from what I needed where the lights are so now I have a 2 foot gap that looks stupid. I need 56 foot of the lights so I ordered 60 foot to be on safe side that didnât work

Outdoor string lights
Only a couple of days in and they are working as advertised. I purchased them for a pool area where glass will not work. The âunbreakableâ plastic bulbs should do the trick. Remote works well. Featuresâ¦love the 4 choices for brightness but the flashing and pulsing do nothing for me. Iâve not tried the timer functions but will soon. The quality of the bulbs seem fine but the âoutsideâ non UL listed wire seems stiff and cheap. Overall I would recommend for the sale price of $30!

Update : seller immediately addressed the issue ,sent a brand new product . They are really great . Thank you .This item was a returned and repackaged, but not mentioned in the description. It was missing parts, the ad says three extra bulbs, but the package only contained one.
