Tips for using this oven after my experiences
The first few times I cooked a pizza in this oven, I burnt my toppings because the flame from my wood pellets was reaching through the pipe chimney. I realized after cooking a couple of pizzas, its better to wait until the flame dies down a bit before inserting your pizza. This also allows the pizza stone to get super hot for a better result.What I typically do now is light my wood pellets with a blow torch, insert them into the oven, let them settle for about 15min-20mins, check inside the oven to see if the flame has settled at the back. You don’t want the flame coming through the top of the oven while cooking because it will burn your toppings very quickly. Wait for the pellet flame to die down a bit then insert the pizza with a pizza peel. Make sure your pizza can easily slide on your pizza peel (I use flour and corn meal to help with the dough sticking)I highly recommend a stainless steel pizza peel with a 12 inch handle, and to get the model that has the pizza stone that rotates inside of the oven. The oven is much hotter at the back by the wood pellets, so its important to be able to rotate the pizza midway through cooking. If you don’t have the rotating model its fine, but you’ll have to open the oven, pull the pizza out, turn it, put it back in so its a bit more of a hassle.I’ve been making 10 inch pizzas with a 7 minute cook time (rotate the pizza every couple of minutes to cook evenly and not burn the crust)

Itâs great! Just like any pizza oven it takes a few tries to get the temperature control right. However, once we got it down. Weâve been making amazing pizza every time. Toppings, havenât been an issue. The size is perfect for personal style pizzas. No issue at all.

Great product! I have had a pellet pizza oven that is good, but incredibly temperamental and difficult to maintain the heat. This gas oven is hot, fast and consistent. We are loving it!

Very easy to start up loved the quality of the pizza oven. It keeps the heat in and looks cute and small. At the bottom there is something to turn the pizza which I do wish that there was an easy way to turn.

Dangerous plastics float out of the inside of this oven.
We got great quality wood chips, found a good spot to place the oven, which gets to over 800 degrees!!!We started it up with a small blow torch. Everything seemed fine until it got hot and the smell was freaking nauseating, like burning chemicals.Then little pieces of a thin super hot plastic were floating around the oven and onto the ground and stone table top. It looked like the same pieces were in the oven, on the pizza stone and sides.We were afraid to put any food in the plastic pieces, didnât look safe.The next morning, when it cooled down, thereâs lots of plastic still hanging inside!! And the pizza stone is all stained from the plastic.What the heck?By the way, thereâs no way to contact customer service, no phone number or email!! Thatâs totally suspicious.Set up is super easy. Food will be super toxic. !!!!

Delicious pizza & steak
This is a great pizza oven for a great price! You can cook pizzas very evenly thanks to the rotating pizza stone. We love the taste of woodfired pizzas, so we are very happy we can make them at home now.We bought this for pizzas, but recently tried to make a steak in the pizza oven and WOW, it was truly one of the best steaks Iâve had. The wood fired cooking added so much flavor to the steak.
