I’m pretty sure this was returned through Amazon. But, I will not judge the product because soo. All my screws weren’t labeled, but I found most of them on the bottom of my box. Had to guess what went where. The screw package was empty. The original packaging should be intacked.I got a little scared, as the product wasn’t working, as I tried to light it up. Later to find, the battery given to light my ignition button was dead.With a new battery and a few extra screws from my toolbox. She’s an excellent product!! The best barbecuer I’ve ever owned. And she’s so pretty ð

Easy assembly
Went together very easily and in about an hour, by myself.I like the folding side shelves and how compact it is when not in use.Decent cooking space for the smaller size grill. Used a few times so far and have had no issues.Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Could use a couple minor updates…
This grill was easy to assemble and is of good quality. The price was good too. The only two things I would improve are the wheels and the grates. Only two of the casters swivel and you can’t move the grill straight out from the wall. You must move it sideways and turn it. Having all four of the casters swivel would add just a few dollars to the price. Same with the grates. They are too far apart. My hamburgers almost fell right through, so I will have to either use a course grind burger, or do them in a cast iron skillet. It does a good sear, and it is a very hot grill. A much better job than my old Char-Broil that it is replacing, and a lot cheaper as well. Now I hope it lasts as long as the Char-Broil did and parts are as easy to get too.

Great little grill which I replaced my same model that last me 5 years or more. The extra 500 btu that comparable grills have.It was a little tough to put together but worth it.

The product is great but assembly instruction miserable. There was one piece which did fit as shown. Fortunately it was a non-essential piece but it should have covered an opening in the rear.

Small but perfect for my needs
I love this pit . I converted it to natural gas . It heats up very quickly and reaches high temps perfect for cooking steaks. I just wish the whole thing was built out of stainless steel then it would last forever. I did but a cover for it in hopes it last longer

Do not buy this. You will be tempted by the compact size and the flashy red. Dont. Do not. If you do, have fun with the bottom of the barrel cheap Chinese screws. At least 2 will strip out during assembly. Once you do, get ready for rhat pretty red paint to be charred after about the second grill. The drip pan? Even with a nice cover it will always be overflowing with a watery oily goo. This thing will drink propane like youve never seen before! Are you looking for that fine sizzle when you grill? Yeah. Oddly it never happens with this one. Cooking times? Get ready to double ir. This thing is garbage. I got sucked in. Dont do it. Chinese crap.
