Great value set, cushions are thick. I like that you can take the covers off them to wash. I ordered the 7 piece set, included three seater sofa, love seat, two swivel/rocking recliners, coffee table, side table, and two ottomans.When I ordered this set, Amazon showed the entire delivery as delivered, however all items had not arrived. I received two more deliveries several days apart. I believe this is due to Amazon acting as a middle man for another retailer/wholesaler. When I received the sofa, I received two of the same arms. I had to contact customer service through Amazon to receive support as the contact phone number for this company did not work. Once I was able to make contact with their customer service through Amazon they sent me another sofa to remedy the issue, so now I have some spare cushions and parts.While that process was not ideal, good product and mistakes happen. All seats are comfortable and for the price point itâs great.

A NICE 4-PIECE SET FOR OUR MONEY!
The review would have been given a five-star rating, because the set is just what we were looking for in terms of price, style, size, and comfort for our space, and the cushions are very comfortable. We really like the swivel rocking motion of the chairs The four stars is because the factory had made scratches that thankfully were in spots that were covered by cushions; and in the assembly when following the directions,keeping the screws loose until all were attached, in some of the holes, they were poorly drilled at the factory, and could not be fully tightened. The Allen wrench and the other wrench given were not adequate, and we had to employ our own tools to complete the task. Assembly of the 4 pieces did take more time than we anticipated.

Armrest on one chair was scratched very noticeably. Cushions could be higher quality. Everything else was good. Not hard to put together shipped and arrived in a timely manner.

Exceeded my expectations!
I was very unsure about ordering this set due to there only being 6 reviews (and only one with images), but I am glad I did! This set is absolutely beautiful and worth the money. The quality is good and seems very durable. Shipping said it would take about 6 days but it arrived in 2 days! The cushions are thick and comfortable! Each cushion has a zipper and the cover can be removed. Most of the reviews talked about how hard it was to put together, but we used a manual screwdriver with Allen wrench head and we were able to get it put together fairly quick. I could see it taking much longer to put together with the small Allen wrench that is supplied. We did not use any power tools. I was not missing any pieces and nothing was damaged. Everything was packaged neatly. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend this set to anyone.

Screws labeled incorrectly
The pack of screws and washers were either numbered incorrectly or the pamphlet was labeled incorrectly! It said to put the #2 screws in the legs of the 3 seat sofa. They were too long and after much frustration, I decided it had to be wrong and tried the #3 screws. They were the correct ones, by this time trying to use what the manual said, the screws had already damaged the sofa frame. Very disappointed
