The item comes apart easily, and the PVC material is very fragile. One of the PVC legs broke, and there is no way to find a replacement! I tried reaching out to the store, but it has been very difficult to connect with anyone to get a replacement part.

Love It Despite Scant Assembly Instructions; Recommend Gluing Together
I absolutely LOVE this towel rack (now) but read this before you buy:1) The act of assembling the rack is genuinely easy: just push the parts together. The instructions, however, leave a lot to be desired. They basically consist of little more than a parts list and a schematic drawing of which pieces connect to which other pieces. That’s clear enough, but the difficulty comes with figuring out WHAT ORDER the parts should be assembled. It matters. I was nearly finished with the assembly when I realized that I’d forgotten the mesh storage bag. So I had to disassemble the whole thing to attach the bag (feed the rod pocket over the pipes like curtains on a curtain rod), then reassemble it. Even without the mesh bag, though, assembly would still have been much easier if there’d been some step-by-step guidance.2) What several other reviewers have said about the rack coming apart easily is absolutely true and it’s one helluva nuisance. So I ended up gluing mine together with some E6000 adhesive. Worked like a charm. I just wish I’d known to do this when I first put the rack together. (note: I numbered every single pipe-to-connector connection before disassembling the rack for gluing. See photo. If you decide to glue yours, do NOT skip this step. You’ll be glad you did.)

Overall, this product is very sturdy once you get everything installed correctly. The instructions werenât that easy to follow but it was not that difficult to build. It is not the most appealing to look at but it is exactly as pictured. I wish the opening to store stuff was larger but the towel racks impede the top opening some. I would definitely recommend for your outdoor pool.

Had a little trouble following the instructions but we finally got this put together and it works great! It is very sturdy and holds a lot of weight. It’s not quite big enough for me but it does hold a lot of pool toys and helps to keep the kiddo’s organized. A great addition to my landscape too!
