These lights get a little warm if you install them inside, but they put off good light, and the package comes with 2 spare bulbs if you need them.

Such a lovely touch for cozy spaces
I love these string lights. We refer to them as “adult fairy lights” in my house, because they hold the character of the average string light, but the sophistication to be left hanging up year-round. I’ve purchased about 3 packs of these over the years, and will certainly keep coming back!

Four bad bulbs
Just bought this string of lights and they arrived with two bad bulbs in the string. Additionally, both of the two included spare bulbs were also bad. That’s four bad bulbs out of a total of twenty-seven, or a 15% failure rate right out of the box.That’s pretty poor quality.Update: In the two days since I wrote this review, two more light bulbs have failed for a total of six bulbs out of twenty-seven in less than two weeks!

Great as party lights
I got these to add a festive feel to our patio. The patio is under our deck. I will be attaching them to the deck above to create a sort of café feel.The string is well constructed and at 100′ long we can crisscross under the deck for a nice effect. They are not real bright (5w each) which is nice as we wanted them more as mood light than actually lighting. The string reminds me of old fashioned Christmas lights with the screw in bulbs (fortunately if 1 goes out the others stay lit).The bulbs are a clear round (about 1.5″ diam.). They put out a very warm yellow/orange light. They should be a nice addition to our summer cookout season.As stated above the string is about 100 ft. long with 100 bulbs spaced at about 1 ft.. It comes with an additional 4 spare bulbs. Any bulbs using the E12 base (mini candelabra) can be used in the string.I am very happy with the quality of this item and look forward to many nicely lit parties in the near future.

This is a nice set of lights that are perfect for outdoors. I love that they are relatively shatterproof, so incidentally bumping with twigs in a tree won’t break them. And each light has its own clip! Great for personalizing the install!

Do not buy these lights.
I purchased these lights to use at dance on June 15th. Plugged them in and one bulb exploded. Put in new bulb and lights will not work. Will not purchase from this company again.
