Good price value Grill!
Well Designed Grill! Well packed unit, came undamaged. All parts complete, not even a screw missing!!. Easily assembled, well designed battery not required lighter on each of the four burners. Be aware that it is an open bottom grill with only panels in the front. Still an attractive and functional unit for the price. Assembled in an evening with one socket and a Phillips screwdriver. NO Sheet metal screws, All machine screws and rivnuts. Nice when purchases meet reasonable expectations.

Assembly tips…. sort of…
I read several reviews that said how hard it was to follow the assembly directions. It would be helpful if there was a bit of description with the pictures. Also – Only parts 1 – 6 were labeled and were labeled incorrectly. So first, don’t trust the numbers on the pieces or which boxes they are in. Parts that go together don’t come together in the package.Secondly, someone said there were 3 people and they couldn’t get it together/took a long time. Don’t have 3 people ‘helping’ you. I know absolutely nothing about putting something like this together and I managed in a few hours. My only skill is I have a pretty good spatial awareness and I’m more than happy to take things apart and redo it until its right. If you have a short fuse, no judgement here, just get someone else to put it together and you can pay them something grilled and a 6 pack.Oh, and don’t bother calling the “help” desk at Amazon or Cuisinart. Lovely people that I could understand that don’t have a clue about how to put together this thing or what the pieces are involved or even the same manual. Other than that, it was a little entertaining to hear Indian helpdesk folks trying to rock New England / Midwest / Southern accents, or try to turn my question into a totally unrelated one that they had an answer to. “So you are missing the bolts?” ….I’d asked about the length of one of the cross pieces.

2 in a row with regulator issues and leaking propane
We got our 1st grill, assembled it easily and connected the tank- immediate large volume of propane leaking out of the valve. After a lot of troubleshooting and determining that the seal was no connecting to pressurize the line where the propane is suppose to go, I called Amazon and they sent me a replacement. 2nd grill, same exact issue. I looked for product recalls and even reached out to the company about the safety issue w/ it. Ultimately I’m disappointed that Amazon wants me to return it (anyone who has unboxed these things knows that will be impossible). I do NOT recommend this product. No one should have to go through this much trouble with a grill, but more so the massive risk to bodily harm and property damage if an explosion were to occur. I’m not sure how others have had no issues with this, but do not buy this. It is a major safety issue and for 2 brand new grills to arrive, completely useless, despite what is spent, is utterly ridiculous. I plan on going to Lowes or Home Depot for a different grill.

With every penny!
We’ve never bought a grill online, nor one that was unassembled. This was a gift for my husband for his birthday, our anniversary, and Father’s Day. The grill arrived the day I came home after 6 days in the hospital. The box was HEAVY! We were both tired, so we decided we’d wait until the next day to assemble it.The way it packed was great! I was worried about bumps and scratches, but, nope! Assembly was, using the well written instructions, of course, was much aggravating than we had anticipated! Assembly took an hour and forty-five minutes.Cooking on the grill is wonderful! Lights right up every time! Controlling the temperature is easier with this grill than any other I’ve ever used. Our weather has been extremely hot as of late, with heat index had been in the triple digits, so I’ve been getting creative with using the grill in order to keep the house cool inside. Using the stove/oven inside just heats up the house too much, so I’m grilling quite a bit. I even “baked” fries in it and they were better than frying in oil! We’ll be using this grill a LOT! As I said, I’m getting creative with the ways I can use this grill! I realize I said this was a gift for my husband, but I guess I should have actually said that his gift is the wonderful food that comes off the grill!! LOL We love this Cuisinart grill so much that we drove an hour ago and fifteen minutes to a butcher, prepared with coolers, planning meals to cook on the grill, and bought enough meat to fill the freezer! Before we assembled the grill, I had told my husband we should probably get a cover. He made a few comments about why a cover wasn’t a good idea , (while the umpteenth rusted out grill sat on the yard to be hauled away!) After the grill was assembled, my husband told me to order the cover because that Cuisinart grill was much too nice to leave on our uncovered deck unprotected! I ordered the cover and opted to spend a little more and get the right, Cuisinart, cover! We love that as well…just FYI…This Cuisinart grill is

Missing bolts…
It worked great even though I had to use zip ties in a couple spots. It was missing parts.
