Dont spend more than you need
I have many friends that have very expensive BBQ grills and all of them do the same thing. A gas grill gives you quick control over the level of heat. A larger grill gives you more room to cook and the ability to cook various items at the same time at various temperatures. I have never been able to tell the difference in the cooking ability between really expensive grills and the good ol Char- Broil. This is a new design for me to cook on with the tubular gas delivery system so I was a little doubtful it would give a wide even distribution of heat. To my pleasure it works great and delivers heat evenly across the surface. I might swap out the gas regulator to give me a larger flame for those items I like a good fire char on but overall this grill is great. I dont care what the experts say about charred food being bad for you, i like the taste and eating food is more than just giving your body fuel, its all about the taste and pleasure of eating.I also like the grill surface because its corrosion resistant and easy to clean. The heat registers are easy to take out to do a full cleaning and re-assembly is quick and easy, everything fits together well.Initial assembly requires common sense and it helps to look at the instructions and pictures. Overall it went together easily and seems solid enough to last for 5-10 years. I’m a daily griller so its gotta be tough to last at my house. The one downfall of this grill is the lack of a cover over the side burner. That was easily fixed by building a dual purpose burner cover/cutting board that gives me extra “counter” space on my grill for spices and a grillside board if I need to do any cutting while I cook.

Inexpensive, bare-bones grill that works well
I grill a lot (multiple times a week, year round). The last grill I had was a 3-burner Char-Griller (NOT Char-Broil) that paid for itself multiple times over. It lasted a few years and the only thing I ever had to replace were the flavorizer shields over the burners. Everything else was factory original.By the time I wheeled the old Char-Griller to the curb, it was well past its expiration date. It left a trail of rust flakes all the way out of the yard. It still worked well enough, but the sheetmetal body was starting to get eaten away with rust holes, and the grates on top were starting to rust.I would’ve bought another one, but the prices have more than doubled on the Char-Griller. I originally paid $179 for it. The last time I saw a 3-burner propane Char-Griller available on Amazon, it was going for almost $400. No thanks.I spotted this Char-Broil 3-burner grill for about $200. Covid has more or less destroyed supply chains the world over. Even steel has been difficult to get, and things like appliances and gas grills are sometimes hard to come by. But, I needed a grill, and $200 is a not-completely-unreasonable price for a 3-burner model in our Covid world.Assembly is straightforward. I got it done in a little over an hour, but I made sure to lay everything out and read the directions carefully. Sometimes I shoot from the hip, and even though this thing is not difficult to put together, there are a lot of fasteners and small parts that have to go in the correct location. It goes together with simple hand tools, but I cheated and used a cordless impact driver. BE CAREFUL or you’ll twist the head right off some of the screws. I snugged them down with the driver then checked them with a manual screwdriver and experienced no trouble. My old grill had a cast aluminum lid, an electric igniter, and a built-in thermostat. This one is made entirely of steel stampings, uses a piezo igniter, and if you want a thermostat you’d better bring one with you. To be honest, it doesn’t feel as solid as my old Char-Griller, but I don’t care. I’ve used it a couple of dozen times already and it does everything I need it to do. I don’t miss any of the other stuff the Char-Griller had– this one works fine.A big plus for this one is access to the tank valve. I shut the propane tank off after every use so that I don’t come back to an empty propane tank if the hose or regulator fail. Doing this on the old Char-Griller required the dexterity of a contortionist because the tank was stuck way under the top of the grill. On this grill the tank is fairly far out, which makes opening and closing the valve a breeze. I didn’t realize what a chore it was to do this on my old grill until I didn’t have to do it any more. Tank changes should be easier as well, though I haven’t had to do that yet.In short, I’m glad I bought this grill. It works well, is easy to put together, and wasn’t too expensive. It’s clearly an inexpensive, bare-bones model, but it does everything that it needs to do.

Wasn’t that hard to put together
I buy everything based on reviews. Some said this was hard to put together. Some guy said 2 hours and 2 beers later. I didn’t drink beer like I was going to. I didn’t feel like going to the store. I’m assuming I would have had at least 3. I took my time. Stepped outside for a cigarette break a couple times but all in all it was about a 3 hour project for me but it wasn’t like it was difficult or anything. Only pictures but everything is pretty organized and labeled although I didn’t see any #s on the actual pieces like it shows in the diagrams. Only the screws were labeled. On the cardboard part of the packaging on the back side. I put it together in my living room too. It wasn’t supposed to rain today but it’s Michigan and I couldn’t wait so I put it together in my living room. Without beer but beer would definitely have made it more fun that’s for sure. I’m giving this a 5 for easy assembly. I’ll update after it stops raining when I can take it out of my living room and cook some food on it. Hope this helps at least for people who think they can’t put this together because I did and you can too . And there are extra screws. I got nervous and immediately came here to see if others had the same experience and they have. You’re not doing it wrong. There will be extra screws. Be patient. Don’t rush it. Drink beer. Happy assembling ð¤ð

Great for Even High Volume
When we started hosting our neighborhood’s BBQs at our place we wanted to invest in a big grill so we’d have more room for more food. But we have BBQed for a crowd of 200 people on this and never felt like it was too small. We ended up going with this model because the reviews were so good – and we can see why. Even when we were willing to budget more for a grill, this one met all our needs. The workspace is small, but setting up a folding table next to It is easy.

La verdad es un muy buen producto. Los puntos malos es que si quieres utilizarlo desde el primer momento en que te llega vas a tener que esperar ya que es bastante tardado armarlo. Pero de ahà en fuera todo funciona de maravilla.
