Very Nice addition to our deck.
Very pleased with this purchase! The materials are good quality & everything was well engineered. There were no issues with missing or damaged parts. Took my wife and I about 5-1/2 hours overall to assemble, but we were in no rush. Assembly is intricate, specific & detailed so plan to take your time otherwise you very well could end up having to partially dismantle & rebuild. Our only challenge was putting on the bottom section of the legs after the rest of the assembly. We did this deliberately so we could reach all the top work without needing a ladder but it made for a heavy lift. We managed but the video shows 3 people assembling and if you can, that would make it easier.

Pretty good for the price! Very surprised.
Took a while to put together. The look is perfect for what we were going for. And we love the multiple shade features. We love it! I would have put 5 stars, but these sturdiness of the overall material could be betterâ¦. Granted, we knew it was aluminum and probably not as thick as other materials. After a massive wind storm (practically near tornado weather) it is now very shaky and we are concerned the posts wonât last much longer.Other than that, itâs perfect and amazing, just what we were looking for!

Great for the deck
Easy to install. It only took my son and I about 2.5 hours from start to finish. We can now use the deck in the middle of the afternoon when the sun is beating down.

keeping awning in place
This product was easy to put together an looks great however, one little problem. When you pull the awning to cover your area, there is no magnet or attachment to keep awning in place so it keeps sliding back. We have to get on a step ladder and bungee it to keep it in place. we are looking at anything that will keep it in place without getting on a ladder

Love this. Only one problem⦠hard to latch open or closed. We actually bought a very large size then a smaller one. Perfect for a courtyard type back yard. Our family gatherings are mostly outside and everyone loves these. Recommend it.

I installed this over a year ago for shade. It functions very well and I’m satisfied with the kit, because having something line this professionally installed is extremely expensive. The kit is so heavy that it was hard for me to move. I took everything out. In the end, I was missing one big bolt for a top beam, but I forgot to mention it because I had three of four. It took all day for me to setup. The instruction was not super clear and an animation on YouTube was different, so I installed some beams backwards and I installed the canvas upside down; I later corrected them in order to finish. I ran extra paracord along the top to hold down the canvas and silence the whole canvas unit. With the unit on its own, with extra cords, wind makes all of the hooks roll around nonstop and rattle noisily; every other kind of product like this one probably has the same problem.
