Have used these for several years. Take out of pool to dry at end of day and store them in winter. Even so, the material weakens over time. Some last one season and some last 2 – just difference in quality of stitching. The Hammock length is perfect for me and taller adults as well and easier to manage- also best value. The perfect float as easy to lay on stomach as it is to lay on back. So comfortable you will fall asleep. So for my family, needing to get new ones each year to replace the worn out ones is definitely worth it. I discard any that look like ready to spill beads as I had that happen once and it was tedious to get beads out of pool – not worth risking. Big Joe makes many more options now – just hope they dont discontinue the Kona Hammock.

Perfect POOL float, no inflation needed – This one will last!!!
The Big Joe pool float arrived quickly and was well packaged by the seller. Big Joe is a really good pool float! The float is very durable, no inflation needed! The size was good for me (110lbs 5’2″) as well as the man it was bought for, he loved it! The blow up floats tend to last a season and it’s not worth it, so the Big Joe products will be bought from now on!

This is such a great floatie, but found that it cannot be used in a lake, due to bacterial growth risk. I still may get one and get rid of it if it starts to get icky.

NOT ENOUGH STUFFING
I bought this exact float 2 years and absolutely loved it. I didnât take the best care of it, as it wasnât stored when not in use so the material wore over time. That was my mistake.When the material tore (and beads went absolutely everywhere!!!!) I bought a new one.It arrived with a broken zipper which is not a good thing, as the stuffing can come out all over the place.No problem! Amazon quickly sent me a free replacement. This time, the zipper was fine, but there was hardly any stuffing inside. It was literally only filled 1/4 of the way. That would not have worked as a float.Again, Amazon offered to refund or replace it for me. I opted to keep it but asked if they could provide a promo code so I could get a discount on buying the Big Joe stuffing. They did.The stuffing arrived and I watched videos and read tips from other people about re-filling the float because the stuffing is staticky and it WILL go everywhere.After only a minor spill, I was able to fill the float but still left some empty space so it wasnât overfilled.Iâm thrilled to have my float back again! I can and have fallen asleep on this in our pool floating for hours. Thank goodness for lots of sunscreen.The only downside⦠I used 1 bag of stuffing to fill the float. Glad I bought the 2-pack!Amazon was great about helping me.The Big Joe mfg should be more careful in quality checking their products before shipping them out. Iâm sure they would have filled it more if they had checked it, but itâs likely a machine that fills each float.In the end⦠still a GREAT product. Itâs so comfortable, I felt like I was floating on a cloud.

Very good high-quality float
This isnât easy to get onto, but Iâm 64, and in decent shape so I used pool stairs to climb on and then adjusted my body. Very comfortable, like lying on a cloud. I just wish the balls inside were trapped into each section. They roll between sections so it can get plump in one area and low in another so you have to get off and sorta shake the float to resrrange the tiny styrofoam balls around. When you first unpack, several little floating balls will fall out into pool. Not a big deal but try to open outside of pool and brush off to remove those stragglers before taking it into water.
