Solid planter…even better customer support.
First off, this is the second of these items I have bought. The first was a week ago. They say it can be assembled by one person in 45 mins…my experience was that it took about 20-30 mins longer than that…but I was being careful. Both times the item arrived with some damage to the packing box but none to planter itself…so they are well packaged. The assembly instructions were pretty clear. There are a lot of small pieces…dozens of wing nuts, bolts, and washers. The first planter I purchased was perfect…exactly the right number of wing nuts and bolts and a few extra washers. The second time they were a wing nut short. I was very careful opening the fittings and immediately placed each type into a small bowl, so I know I didn’t lose one. I contacted the vendor via the chat function of their help website, within a minute I was switched from AI to a human who quickly and efficiently gave me the help I needed and the planter was finished with a replacement wing nut the next day. The speed and efficiency of the customer support are why I decided to give them 5 stars despite the one missing wing nut.So, I now have two of these end-to-end along the side of a pathway. They look great…they’re filled with compost and topsoil and are very solid. They work just as they should and I am very happy with the purchase. The solid product, pricing, and excellent customer support mean that I would definitely be comfortable buying from this vendor again.

Cannot wait to harvest my new vegi bed!
It works perfectly to keep my vegetables out of the dog range! The hay ring helps keep them out, and the taller sides mean they cannot help me “water”! Now it is dog, weed-eater, and mower-proof! It might even be safe from the grandkids!!! It was not hard to put together, but I wish I had thought about how big it was before I started! For future reference, put it together near where you will use it, as it is bulky to move alone. It would have been no big deal if I had another set of hands, as it is not heavy but just awkward to move.

Missing Parts
One wing nut is missing, while there are 2 extra useless smaller washers. The sharp-edge-cover rubber strip is not long enough (see photos). There are sharp edges on the top of the corner post which can’t be covered with rubber strip (see photos). Instruction does not say about keeping the stake hole of the corner post on the same side in the step one.Stakes are whimsy and useless. I have to buy different stakes from Lowes.Update: I contacted seller on the missing parts. Their email box was always full. I had to try so many times. Fortunately, at the end they are willing to go the extreme to remedy the situation. I’m OK with that, and raised rating to 4 star. It would be perfect if they could make changes to avoid sharp edges on the corner posts.

Awesome 6x3x2 Taupe beds for square foot gardening
I really love these! I bought two 6x3x2 taupe beds which do require a lot of soil to fill, but I applied layers of cardboard to the bottom, dried up logs/twigs then put on some good raised bed soil to top them off. They weren’t that hard to build, but definitely much better to have a second person to stabilize things. You use screws with butterfly backs to lock everything in place so not anything overly complicated. The only thing I noticed was the rubber edge gaskets don’t really stay in place well so I took them off, but that isn’t anything problematic as the edges are smooth, just the connections between the metal sheets might be a little pokey. Maybe they can be glued on but I personally really don’t need them. The metal is thick enough to hold its shape and the color is a nice neutral taupe that blends in nicely with the rest of the yard. For the price, it’s a great value and worth it for the long term vs building ones out of wood that will cost around the same. I’ll be practicing square foot gardening with these so I’m stoked to get them planted!

Great size and easy to assemble
These beds are strudy and deep!! We were pleasantly surprised by how strong and durable they are for the price. They are a great height and will require minimal bending to garden. They do take awhile to build especially by yourself. It took me about 90+ minutes per bed to build them alone. There are a lot of bolts and wing nuts, 16 per panel. Be prepared for the amount of dirt they hold too. We put 12, 1 cubic foot bag in each and they could easily hold 2 more. Overall we are very happy.

Five stars if you read this review
I give it five stars if you read this review. We bought two of these beds and they are very nice looking but kind of a pain to put together. I think of the instructions had a few more details nobody would have the problem we had. The first thing that happened is we open the box and we were missing 80 washers. We decided to get the other bed and get the 80 washers and then call the company and get what was missing. In the other box we had a different set of instructions that did not call for washers and there were not washers in the Box, looking at the first box I noticed that washers would not have worked with this product so I got instructions for a different product. Problem solved so we put the first bed together. Please note there are holes in the bottom of the four corner brackets that have to go on the bottom for the stakes. We got two of the corners correct had to take it apart and do it correctly. It would have been so easy just to remind you in the instructions to do this. There is also a finished side that has a film on it that dictates the outside of the planter box we did not notice this at first and had to redo another side. Once we figured out our mistakes the bed went together very easily a little time consuming and the second bed was three times as fast. We were leaving the screws a little loose thinking it would be easier to put together I would go ahead and tighten them all as you go. Well that’s my story I hope it helps out some folks the beds are really nice and they look great and I would buy them again!

These are perfect for deep root vegetables for anyone who canât make their own planter box from wood or doesnât want to deal with them rotting.

I previously had wooden boxes along the side of my house that were rotting. Decided to purchase these to replace the wooden ones. They werenât the exact dimensions, but were super easy to modify. Just marked them with a grease pencil, cut them with a grinding wheel and drilled some new holes. Iâm super happy with how they look. The down fall to them is that I think the cross supports are a little weak. Either they should be stronger or a piece of angle should run down the front and back bolt seams and then have the cross braces. I would definitely recommend them.

I didn’t get it on time and customer service was great- I got it next day after their intervention. But the product is not good- not sturdy, very easy bending, cheap made. For the same price I got other garden beds- stainless steel, tough ones , really good quality.I will keep this one s I did assemble it but I will not recommend this product.
