Got 2 defective ones
It sounds like a great product for those lucky folks that got a functional one. The rim of the outer cannister is smaller than the rim of the inner cannister. I’ve seen Youtube reviews of this product where the rim of the inner cannister rests on top of that outer rim (you can see that in some of the Amazon product photos, too) However, mine was built with the inner cannister beneath the outer rim, so that the inner chamber is stuck within. It sounds like a lot of folks got ones like this. I returned the item, but I was sent a second one with the same build. The company has to know by now that they screwed up manufacturing on this batch, but they keep sending out defective ones. I’m out $8 in shipping already, and now I have to return a second one. I only get to leave one review, though.

Worth it.
Better product than I thought it would be. Pretty sturdy stainless steel. My only gripe is that the center section doesn’t seat well. It’s always off center a little.

Don’t advertise what you don’t deliver…
Aside from the letdown of instructions and advertisement that the inner basket is removable, it is NOT removable. From the other reviews, I figured it was just a defect in a few shipments to others, but it’s definitely a manufacturing issue. I feel for the other customers with this ordeal, but luckily for me, being a contractor, I modified the issue. Bought this for my grandkids to avoid the larger firepit I have and avoid any mishaps, so this was the idea to let the little ones do s’mores, hot dogs, or whatever they wanna use with the skewers. So I took my grinder and after about 30mins and a beer, I cut out about a 1/4 inch leaving enough rim to support the top cover and grate. After the cut, I used my finishing wheel to smooth the edges to avoid anyone getting cut or splintered. It’s not pretty, but you can see it still has enough rim to retain the top attachments. For the price, even with the promo discount, you would think the manufacturer would consider making adjustments to their forming machines and get it right! And for the seller, don’t advertise what you can’t deliver! 3 stars for making me fix what should’ve been fixed with manufacture!

Long Burning Time – Beautiful Flame
The Good:I love the flame pattern and the ability to adjust the flameâit creates a great ambiance. Itâs also convenient that you can fill it with pellets and get a solid 45 minutes of burn time.The Not-So-Good:Compared to my smaller Solo, the build quality of the this one doesnât feel as solid. Some edges are a bit sharp, and a few of the leg screws wouldnât tighten properly, leaving the legs a bit wobbly.
