No, the Plug In Diffuser does not have the Bluetooth connection enabled. This diffuser works only by plugging into the outlet and choosing the intensity and mode.
How does the Smart Mode work?
The Plug-In Diffuser will work as long as there is some light in the room. If the room becomes dark, the diffuser will stop.
How does the 12h Mode work?
The Plug In Diffuser will work for 12 hours straight starting at the moment it is plugged into the outlet. After that, it will stop for 12 hours. Then, start again and work for 12 hours.

The first one I received did not work at all. The second one is a charm! So glad i went with a replacement. The smell goes through the whole house since I put it right next to the air return. You have to have the app for it to work. There is no way around that. I tried. You plug it in and it won’t work until you download the app, connect to the device, and set a schedule. The awesome thing about that is you can adjust it to your specific needs. I have it set to run 7am-10pm on 8 intensity (10 was too much and took my breath away. I had to go outside and edit the settings) and 10pm-7am on 3 intensity. And that is the perfect combination for my household to smell wonderful 24/7. It came with two small bottles of scents that smell great. One bottle is not enough to fill the container. Two isn’t either. No water is needed. Once you’ve used the included scents, you can use your own or buy another brand. The container is refillable. I absolutely love that concept.

Absolutely love this product and would love to purchase another! I love how well it works, how often it goes off and how consistent it is. It is lightweight and is strong and large enough to not fall out of the outlet. My kids have unplugged it once or twice and plugged it back in upside down otherwise I have had no issues. It is louder than I thought it would be but I don’t mind it. It is nice and modern, and I love the timer on it!

Stopped working after two weeks (Update!)
This is my 4th and Final update on this product! 3/5/24The company NEVER followed up, Never Sent a replacement unit. I’ve emailed them so many times after they said they were going to send me another unit and never did! It’s a shame that a company like this would ignore a customer, especially one who wasn’t demanding their money back and who was willing to give them another chance! So I guess this is a buy at your own risk purchase! Because if you pass the return date from Amazon, you are screwed, because you will not be able to depend on this company to fix the issue. Looks like they don’t stand by their products!Think twice before buying this!_—————————————————-This will be my 3rd time updating this review (1/24/24)Below you will see my first, as well as my follow up review. After receiving my replacement through Amazon, which by the way I have to say that there customer service is amazing. So the unit was working fine for less than two weeks and than I here this bang on the floor. The until fell from the outlet after I had filled the container with oil. It actually detached from the plug and I had to shut off the electricity from my house to remove the broken plug from the outlet. I immediately contacted the company and after a week they responded, their response was send us your address and order number and we will send a replacement. Here I am more than a month later and have not heard from them again nor have I received any replacement unit from them. Their customer service is horrible! After I gave them an opportunity after the first one, and then was willing to give them another opportunity after this last time and they let me down!They have lost a customer, not only for making a bad product, but for their lack of response and follow up. I bought other products and scents from them, and I guess I’m lucky to not have had issues with their more expensive scent machine, because if they don’t follow up with the less expensive one I’m sure they won’t for the more expensive one. With that said, for $70 on a product that has had two issues, the last one being a hazard that could have burnt my house down, I will no longer support their products. They lost a loyal customer!_————————–My original review will be at the bottom of this update. So I had contacted the company twice and did not get a response. Thank God for Amazon and being able to return it. However, I wanted to see if I got a bad one….Well did I? So far I can say yes on so many levels… The first one I received, sprayed a large amount of oil, no matter the setting, it sprayed a lot…. The settings didn’t work at all, I think the only setting that worked before it died was the smart setting which allowed the machine to only spray when it was in sunlight, or any light for that matter. Now the replacement I received sprays so much better, more consistent spray, not overbearing like the one I received first. All settings work, and the funny thing is the new one I received my be an updated one, because I mixed up the bottom covers and one didn’t fit the other and when I compared them, the newer one was slightly smaller than the first one.So far I’m so happy it works, hopefully it doesn’t die on me like the other.———————————–Original Review————-I bought this one because I love the wifi larger one, however, this one seems to be an epic fail. It’s heavy, so when you go to push the on button it will fall off the outlet, so do not place this on an outlet that is too high up. It sprays a lot, which will smell an entire room with no issue, but it sprays so heavy that the oil falls onto the floor and will make the floor slippery.I finally put in on smart mode which will automatically shoot scent once there is sunlight, which is how I found out the hard way of it spraying hard and making the floor slippery.Then, after two weeks, it just stopped working, all of the lights are on, but nothing is working. No sound, as if the pump just died.Now, I have the much larger model, which is fantastic, horrible app, but it definitely scents the entire house!This one, it’s beautiful, but bottom heavy once you fill it with oil. I sent an email to the company 5 days ago and still have not heard from them. However, I did request for another to be sent to me through Amazon and I will return the defective one and update if anything is different.

Could have been a 5 if…
I really do like this diffuser now but it was a bit confusing trying to find the diffusing speed & strength that I liked. Instructions could have been a bit clearer. Once I found the perfect setting for us it has worked great. The only other downside is the size and weight of the diffuser is not compatible with some of our outlets. Kept falling out of some outlets and on some others it had to be the only device plugged in. But once all this minor stuff was resolved, we are very happy with it.

Does a great job but it’s one of the most expensive ones available. I was lucky to catch it on sale but I will order a similar one and save the money. Aromaplan wants a premium for their stuff.

Loving this after owning it for a while now. Have grown accustomed to it so wasnât sure how effective the scent was being dispersed. When returning from vacation it was really clear how subtle but pleasant the scent was when we came into the house after being away. Itâs in our front hallway so the sound doesnât bother us at all. Itâs not too loud and only goes off every little bit. Very happy with this purchase.
