Make sure your structure is square & level before putting the roof panels in
We received the item sooner than expected. It did arrive in 2 boxes, & the items were packaged well. The directions left out a few details. We went by the book with pics & the video. Our only issue, which no one else mentioned, was our structure not being square so our panels went in at an angle. Luckily the customer support helped us fix the issue. We love it so much! It is exactly what we were wanting at an affordable price.

Good overall, but a few cautions
Just finished assembly. Overall, itâs exactly what we needed, and will fit our spot perfectly.There are a few reasons for the 4 instead of 5 stars.First off, and more of a warning to others, the screws are all aluminum, so be sure to match your bit exactly with your screw driver and if you do use power, use sparingly.Second, it says 2 or 3 people for assemblyâ¦.you can get it with 2 for most, but nearing the end, you definitely need 3. I wasnât expecting a ton of rigidity for the price, but I was VERY surprised at the flimsy nature of the structure until you anchored it.Third, logic will tell you to mark, then still, then set the foot anchors. DO NOT DO IT LIKE THAT! Even with a new masonry bit, my holes didnât line up and I ended up with a bit of a mess on a few holes. Go ahead and drill right down through the holes in the foot brackets and save you a ton of time.Finally, donât go beast mode on the concrete anchors. They will hold fine once they are fairly tight. Quality is a bit of an issue, and I completely ripped the nut off of one of my anchors.All in all, for the price, I think itâs a great product, and Iâd definitely not hesitate to order it if youâre on the fence. Just take your time, have lots of extra hands, and youâll have a great patio cover.

Do NOT purchase this gazebo roof from this company!
Iâm very disappointed to write a negative review of this product, as I shared with the company the quality of the materials were acceptable. Our problem was that two very important parts were either defective or damaged in shipping. The result is when assembled, where these two parts come together that part of the roof is sunken in. Because the roof is compromised in this area it does leak heavily in this area when it rains. The winter freeze thaw and snow will surely cause further damage. I had a licensed contractor look at the parts and there is no way to repair them.Everyone compliments the roof but almost everyone notices the issue with the indented roof and asks what the problem is.I really thought and hoped this would be a no brainer for the company to do what is right by the customer and simply send the two replacement parts so we can have it properly prepared. Weâve had 6 communications with the company and have done everything theyâve asked – sent pictures, ensured everything was properly tightened etc. After we jumped through all the hoops they asked us to, they still refuse to send two new part âJâ roof supports to us. Zero customer support. We hope Amazon can do something to help us out.Thank You!Tim and Diane Foster

I love being outside now!
So far we love this addition to our back porch. We did have a piece missing when it arrived but my husband had 2 of another piece and improvised. Weâve had rain and 50+mph winds so far and itâs held up. My husband did screw it into our house to help with the support. Iâd like to know if I needed them can I get replacement pieces?

It’s just like the picture
This is SO cute! Just what I wanted. We had 2 tornadoes here in Ga right after we put this up and I was so scared, but it held up even with the rain and wind! I was stoked!!It took 2 days to put up (half days)instructions were ok. Now the structure was off some my poles are a bit bent but I’ll make it work especially with the awesome price so. Any way here a a few pics can’t wait for my furniture!

Great for the Money!
This patio cover is great for the money. It does its job and looks great. My daughter and I put it together in a day (about 9 hours with a couple of breaks). I think if we had a third person and second ladder, it wouldâve made things a whole lot easier, but the complexity was about what I had expected. It seems like itâs sturdy and will hold up well.
