Beautiful Product – Great Quality – Be Patient
This is an absolute beautiful item. I looked and looked for a quality product that didn’t cost an arm and a leg, and this one fits the bill. The cedar wood is solid, and the design is simple and elegant. Now the reason for the five star rating….THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My product had a few beams that were slightly damaged and I was bracing myself to get the run around. NOT SO! They responded right away and gave me two options to resolve the issue. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t wait to put some pictures up once my husband it done building it. One word of caution – it’s gonna take you about 3 or 4 days to get it up, but I recommend taking your time to figure it out and be patient. My husband put the base together in one day – but the roof was the puzzle he had to figure out. Great product for the money. Well worth it.

Buyer Beware! NOT solid wood!
The item is beautiful looks just like the picture.. when all boxes arrive was going to return seemed awfully light.. hired a contractor to install ..and he tells me this is not solid wood.. not sure if it was advertised as such.. says it like 4 -1×4âs put together but the center is hollow.. at this point too late for me to return by the time. Contractor arrived so all in.. contractor did say with the roof makes it heavy.. but felt better if it was solid wood.. now a week after install.. purchased furniture etc⦠The center beam, post , has cracked from top to bottom.. reached out to seller for a solution as this compromises the safety of the item. Paid over 1900 and was not expecting this to happen.. hope they are fair and can ship a fix quickly..

Looks great, missing pieces
This patio cover looks great in person! Assembly wasnât too bad. It took 2 old guys and and old gal about 8 hours total. My only complaints are a) the posts are hollow (false advertising on that) and b) the post skirts that go around the porch posts to hide the anchoring brackets are not included. I’ve researched across multiple sites and the actual maker and the skirts are not on the packing list. They are listed for other sizes, just not this one. Good Luck

Awesome Gazebo
This gazebo is legit awesome. Super solid build with real spruce woodâit looks way more high-end in person than we expected. Everything showed up in great shape, no cracks or damage, and the wood has a really nice finish. It instantly elevated the whole look of our backyard.Putting it together took a bit of time, but the instructions were clear. Just keep in mind how amazing itâll be once it’s doneâitâs totally worth the effort. The pitched roof is smartâit handles rain and snow like a champ.We’ve already had a few get-togethers, and every single person has said something about how good it looks. You can just tell itâs built to last. It feels super sturdy and like itâll hold up for years. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a gazebo to put on their patio.
