Very nice set!
After receiving the boxes, there was a hole in one of the them and one of the pieces was badly bent and one other was damaged. I was disappointed but I also understand thatâs not the sellers fault. Upon contacting amazon and customer service, the seller emailed me immediately offering a solution. I didnât have to send all the boxes back, they simply asked me which letters of the pieces were damaged. I was able to assemble all the other chairs and was shipped replacements for the two damaged parts in a prompt timeframe. That is great customer service and I canât say enough about how great and promptly they handled the situation. For the assembly, once I got a hang out how it worked, it really wasnât that bad. Iâm not very patient so tedious assembly isnât my forte but after I figured it out it wasnât bad. The even sent extra bolts and washers, which is rare and I really appreciated. The quality of the furniture is awesome especially for the price and the cushions are so much more comfortable than my old wicker set. If I had one thing I wish it would be that there was a way for the seated cushions to somehow be attached so they donât move. The back cushions do have that so that is nice. Overall, I love this set and for the price the quality is awesome. Very excited to get to enjoy it this summer and for many to come. Highly recommend!!

We couldn’t be happier with this 5-piece patio set! It looks exactly as pictured, and the beige cushions add a clean, modern touch to our outdoor space. Assembly was straightforward and took about 1-2 hours with two people. All the pieces fit together well and feel very sturdy.The all-weather wicker is durable and has held up great through a few rainstorms already without any signs of wear or fading. The cushions are surprisingly thick and comfortable for the price, and the fabric seems to resist water and stains well. The included glass-top table and ottoman are the perfect finishing touchesâvery functional and stylish.We’ve already gotten tons of compliments from friends and family. Itâs a fantastic value for the quality you get. Highly recommend this set if you want to turn your porch or patio into a cozy and inviting space! My mother and I are very happy with what we got!

Love this new addition to my outdoor space. Perfect size with space for 3 to sit comfortable. Wide arm on 1 side that acts as a mini table for drinks and snacks. Or a book. Easy to assemble- just read through all the instructions and pictures before you start.

Pieces Came Wrong but Customer Service Was Great (Peacock Color is Beautiful)
TLDR: Assembly is a bit tedious & easier with two people. A couple of parts came damaged/incorrect but customer service was quick and helpful. Colors are beautiful and the set is comfortable. Overall, a good purchase.As many others have stated, the assembly wasn’t the easiest (just finicky/small bolts in a couple of tight places that were definitely easier to manipulate when I enlisted the help of my partner; he held the Alan wrench while I tightened bolts and the process became much easier).My only real issue was that the glass top of the tabletop came shattered and *one* of the pieces to the LEFT arm/corner chair had the bolt holes drilled backwards and we were unable to initially put it together. However, I contacted JOYURE customer support/contacted the seller with pictures of the issues and they immediately sent me the new glass piece (I haven’t had a chance to open it yet as it arrived last night) as well as the correctly drilled “A” piece for the chair (again, have not had a chance to open it yet).With the exception of the frustration, in the moment, of the broken glass and the incorrect arm piece the customer service was swift and phenomenal and the pieces I was able to put together and am using have been great. The peacock color is beautiful and looks lovely on our deck and the cushions are very comfortable and spoiled dog approved.
