Very well made and very comfortable. Instructions took a little bit to understand, but fortunately the efficient design of the pieces meant fewer fasteners were required to put it together.

Eventually things got resolved
Iâll update review as I get feedback from the seller. I first focused on the footstool (and havenât gotten further). The holes simply do not line up making it impossible to put just the basic footstool together. Pretty poor quality to not have the holes line up. Again, Iâll update this as I get feedback from the seller.Update – issue resolved. Received another ottoman. It’s interesting though, one side of the new ottoman received still was mis-aligned. Fortunately, I still had the old ottoman (which had one good side) and was able to use that to complete the set.Here’s my take on the set: good value for the money; not easy (but not hard) to put together – they should have a video showing how it’s done. using a cordless tool helped tremendously (and the fact they included a piece for a cordless tool was also a big plus); no other issues. It does take a little bit of time to assemble. I give it a four even though we had lots of back and forth. The service was prompt and good.

Perfect addition to our porch
This is an amazing outdoor furniture set! The blue cushions are a deep blue. The assembly was super easy! Customer service was responsive and very helpful! The ottomans were shipped separate from the chairs and I was worried the wrong set had been sent to us. Seller was quick to answer and send tracking information regarding the ottomans. Would definitely buy again!

Simple Assembly
Super simple assembly. Each part was clearly marked AND the fire pit clearly marked which parts connected to each side of the top. I was able to assemble all 5 pieces by myself in less than 3 hours. Seats are sturdy and very comfortable.

The furniture is beautiful, the quality is very good and it is comfortable. We had an issue with the fire pit and they were very responsive and took care of the problem and kept in contact with me through the resolution.

Terrible delivery communication
Was supposed to arrive 12/5-9. Arrived 12/2,3 causing a lot of inconvenience for me. No email delivery confirmation. One of the chair arms was also damaged.
