Super absorbent when washed properly!
These are great- so soft and thin, but absorbent and quick drying. Wash first and dry without using fabric softeners. We added white vinegar to the first wash to soften the fabric. These are plenty big but fold small. Seriously the perfect towel.

I’ve been wanting to try some towels like this and I’m impressed. I really like the color, it’s a good one-person size, and it feels soft. Plus it’s not super bulky so it’s easy to throw in a diaper bag or purse. It does dry fast and resists sand so that’s awesome. I really like that it came with 2 clips as well. Overall I really like this towel and would recommend.

Nice towel — know what you are getting
You may not be satisfied if you are expecting a typical beach towel. Turkish beach towels are thinner, woven towels that are more like a thin blanket to lie on rather than a thick and plush terrycloth towel that soaks up tons of water. The checkered pattern is not printed on, but actually weaved into the cloth. There are much fancier and more expensive Turkish towels available; this one seems about right for the price.
