Perfect as a quilt rack too!
I needed a quilt stand and this is absolutely PERFECT! It matches the metal shelving I use for storing my clothes and the ‘industrial” design theme I have in this room. It arrived quickly and the packaging was impressive with everything wrapped and padded so nothing was dented or scratched. They included extra parts just in case you lose or break one down the line. It was so easy to put together — just make sure you don’t tighten the shelves down on the brackets in the first couple of steps in the instructions or you WILL be loosening them to align the screw-holes when you add the upper sections. The assembly is easy — they include the necessary allen wrench and it only took me a few minutes to get it all together. The assembled stand is a lot more stable than I thought it would be. I like the black as it allows the colors of my quilts to shine. There are two adjustable shelves on the bottom. I ended up putting blankets on both shelves and the cat loves to hide out and sleep there. The stand is light enough that, even with the quilts on it, I can move it around easily. It would be easy enough to disassemble to pack and move if that need ever arose. It’s a nice little stand and I think it was worth my money and just wanted to share how I use it as a quilt stand.

Faulty design
I like the sturdiness of this rack and the rods are long enough to hang bath towels. However, due to the connecting side bars, the towels end up getting crunched on the sides defeating the purpose of the long rods. Unfortunately, it is too much hassle to disassemble it for return.
