Outstanding Customer Service on an Excellent Product
Our first clock arrived with damage to the #12 on the clock. Oldtown Clocks had sent an email stating to contact them with ANY Issues. I thought ( yeah just an automated follow up with nothing but words ) well Surprise Oldtown Clocks does really care. I received an email addressing my concerns within an hour & after answering a couple of questions I was promised another clock would be shipped. The replacement arrived quickly ( and this one was properly packaged by Amazon in a second box offering additional protection ). The clock is very well finished & will be hung where our guests see it when entering our home. Bottom Line a quality product backed by outstanding Customer Service. Thank you Oldtown Clocks

Wonât hang straight. Hands not calibrated.
Weight is not evenly distributed. The larger the numbers cause the clock to be too heavy on the left side. So hanging using the slot caused the clock to hang crooked. I had to place a nail in the crevice of the six to straighten the clock. This will cause additional fiddling every time the battery will need to be changed ;-(Looks nice. Difficult to get the hands right. Originally when setting the time I noticed later that when the minute hand was on the 12 the hour hand was not in the middle of the hour number. A little fiddling and I may have it correct, however time will tell if it keep correct time.

I sent it back the first time because it was broke by the delivery people. The second one, the battery container, was broke by the manufacturer. Very poor construction of the mechanism that runs the clock.
